Shawn was very responsive to our needs and delivered and excellent service. A unit broke on our rental property and he was very quick to give us a quote that was very competitive. He communicated well with the tenant and us. He worked with us to get the right solution, listening to our needs and explaining the impact of decisions, and identified some other issues that needed to be addressed. He was able to get the work started quickly and delivered an excellent job. I would highly recommend!
