Excellent service and support. Daymark Realty is a sub-division of Coastal Federal Credit Union and part of Coastal's lending service is a credit on closing fees when their Daymark Realty division represents the client. That being said, I strongly recommend Mariella Guilliama when you consider buying or selling. Mariella is very knowledgeable and was of great assistance. We are not first-time home buyers yet Mariella provided levels of support we've not had in previous transactions. Mariella was there with us during the various important meetings while our new home was being constructed. Her recommendations were valuable and Mariella was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. We had relocated from out-of-state and Mariella gave us very helpful background information as we reviewed the various sub-divisions under construction.

Dannielle Stalter of Daymark Realty (Coastal Federal Credit Union) helped me find and buy my new house in Wake Forest and sell my old one in Raleigh. She was very professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, and easy to work with. She responded quickly to my questions with good explanations. We were able to do much of our interacting via e-mail, including reviewing and signing documents; that was very convenient, especially after I moved from Raleigh. She handled most of the dealings with the lawyers and other brokers, and helped me work with the builder, inspector, and mortgage people. Everything went smoothly. I recommend her for buying or selling a house.
