+ 0 moreThe flooring was the biggest challenge as all furniture had to be removed and put into PODS for weeks. The flooring team had to replace most of the kitchen hardwood floor due to a refrigerator leak that caused water damage. The whole first floor and the stairways had to be sanded and refinished to match the new stain color throughout the home. Then came the painting crews do refresh all of the inside rooms up and down. Once the refresh work was completed, Elizabeth had the moving crew return to bring all of the furniture inside and stage it correctly. She then had the cleaning crew remove all of the dust from the sanding phase, dry clean all of the draperies and thoroughly clean all of the rooms. I can only offer my opinion of the effort as I was swimming in Aruba while Elizabeth of Dandelion Services managed all of the personnel and activities. The end result was outstanding. We knew it would be as Elizabeth has helped us many times - which allows us to move or get away and feel good about returning to our lifestyle without spending days getting our home back in order.
Description of Work: Dandelion Services managed several projects from multiple companies while we were out of the country for the month of August 2014. She met, monitored and managed all of the companies doing work to various parts of our home including hard wood flooring repair and refinishing of whole first floor, painting throughout the inside of the home, cleaning everything and fully staging the furniture back in the home when the work was completed.
