Chris was very professional and helped me decide whether to put the TV antenna in the attic or on the roof. Due to the accessibility of our cable lines, we opted to put it on the roof. He also ran a new cable line from the roof to the tv. I have a fairly complicated set up with a main TiVo box that communicates with two mini TiVo boxes. Chris helped me troubleshoot the system and get it working flawlessly - even though he ended up having to stay much longer than he anticipated. He even got on the phone with the TiVo tech support for me.

Chris of Cyber Dish, Inc was very responsive to questions I had about a possible antenna installation. He was able to install the antenna into my attic, run the cables to my crawl space and connect to some wires I had previously run. From start to finish, this project took less than 24 hours!! Chris was very punctual. He listened to my desires. He made specific recommendations based on his experience. Listened to my concern that the signal strength was not strong enough without the amplifier. He then installed the amplifier, corrected a connection issue and showed me how to complete what I needed to complete. Chris realized that I had a more than passing knowledge of antenna installation and helped me do what I could not due (due to balance issues, I no longer can use a ladder). But he did not try to inflate the project costs. Rather he helped me do exactly what I wanted to do with the least fuss possible. He was punctual and well spoken. He tried out two different antennae. I started to ask a question and he was talking on his cell phone. After he put up an antenna and we checked the channels he told me he would be outside that he had to talk to someone (business). That took about 10 minutes. He came back and tried the other one. We checked the channels and decided to go back to the first. He said if I have any problems to let him know. That he would come back and readjust the antenna. The whole process took about 2 hours. After he left I went back and tried to work my DVD player and found he had unplugged it. I called him back and he told me I needed some cables then he told me he had plenty of them. I told him I was really confused about how it works and that I had no idea how to fix it (or what to plug where). In short, I felt left out in the cold. He never offered to return to fix it. I had to call my neighbor and have him get a cable from his house and reconnect the DVD player to the system.
