I highly recommend Custom Termite & Pest Control. I've been using them for years because they are friendly, professional and they do a great job from the attic to the crawlspace. They will even come back out between services if you spot any bugs (I haven't needed them to, but good to know I'm covered). They give great advice on how to prevent pests (like ants) and are very easy to work with.

I have used Custom Termite and Pest Control for over 5 years in my current house. In fact, several people on my street use them. They are affordable, accommodating, professional, and very good at what they do. I like the fact that they have had no turnover in the time period I have been with them, and it always the one of the same 2 employees that spray my house. They know my house, and keep me up to date on what they see/encounter (even one time removing a frozen dead possum in the crawlspace I never knew about!). Worth every penny, and glad to work with them!

I have used this company for quarterly pest inspection and management for about 10 years. They have always done a great job and been reliable. Until recently, my biggest 'pest' issue was the occasional ant incursion during the summer months when it got hot and dry outside. That all changed when I was sitting on the sofa in my bedroom and kept noticing these things that looked like really big insects flying out from the under my deck area and into the woods. It was a steady trail of them - one ever 10 seconds or so would leave and another one would return. At first I thought it was some sort of large beetle or fly but when I ventured under the deck to look, I was not very happy to see some VERY large bees crawling into a small crack between the deck and the house foundation. Well, I am not afraid of the typical ground yellow jackets - nothing a few cans of spray won't take care of. But this was clearly beyond my capabilities. I am not too proud to call in the professionals when needed! So, a quick call to Custom Termite and Jackie advised me that someone out be out to take a look the following Monday. She said that if the job was too significant for their expertise, they could recommend a person who deals just with bees and similarly difficult wildlife eradication. Lee Barr showed up Monday morning, and after taking a look at the situation, identified the pest as European hornet. He felt that he could take care of the problem so after dressing in alarmingly little protective gear, he headed under the deck to mount an attack. I wish I could post the recording that I made of the massive buzzing sound (heard from INSIDE the house) which ensued as Lee began to spray the hornets. It was impressive and convinced me fully that I had made the right call to leave this to the pros for resolution! After about 15 or 20 mins, Lee called me to say that he had things taken care of. He also suggested that I give things a few days and said that if I saw any other bees after about a week to call him and he would come out and take a slightly different approach for access to their nest. I never had to do that - the first trip was enough. I was worried that there would be issues with killing a potentially large # of bees that were inside a foundation area, but Lee felt that the nest was probably not big enough to worry about in terms of odor, etc. That turned out to be correct. There was a time or so in the first week afterwards that I thought I could detect a slight odor in the area, but it could have been my imagination. After two weeks, I sealed the area with spray foam, and I have had no other issues. I would HIGHLY recommend Custom Termite and Pest. I have been completely happy with their work in all cases over the years and I look forward to using their services for a long time to come!

We have used this company for our quarterly pest control service and annual termite inspection for 8 years, and I can't think of one complaint. The same serviceman, Ed, comes almost every time, and he's the BEST. He remembers our trouble spots and asks about recent problems. He is always five minutes early or calls if he is delayed. He removes his shoes, respects our pets, closes all lights, doors and gates when he's done, and inquires about the family. He finishes his work in less than 30 minutes, and offers to come back between scheduled visits at no additional charge if we have any issues. That is a long track record of great customer service.

Provider showed on time, as always, and did a thorough inspection inside, outside, and under the house. He sprayed along the baseboards in each room, the garage, and the likely entry points under the house. Because it was raining, said he would not spray around the house foundation as he usually does, but would come back at no additional cost one day when it was dry and spray. I've used Custom Termite and Pest Control since buying our first house in Cary in 2001. They have been exceptional in service and professionalism.

Excellent service. The inspector was punctual - arriving right at time of appointment. He worked quickly and thoroughly, and explained everything he found when he was done. He did not require payment up front, but did provide instructions on how to contact the office. I called Jackie in the office to arrange payment. She was cordial, friendly, and to the point. I have very little experience with termite and pest control companies to be honest, but I would absolutely recommend them.

They are punctual, the guys are nice. They do a good job and are fast and friendly. They've always been very nice to my daughter. They take their shoes off before they come in the house.

I am very happy with the services provided every quarter.

While cleaning after moving furniture and painting I saw some poop-like pellets on the floor that hadn't been there the previous morning. I promptly freaked out and called Jackie at Custom Termite and Pest control. She said she didn't have any openings but would call her techs to see if someone was nearby. Thankfully, someone was and he was at my house within hours. He crawled all over the floor to finally figure out the source of the problem (some kind of large cricket had nested years ago between the two boxsprings on our king-size bed-YUCK). He told me how to clean up after the cricket and what to do to make sure they were no dead ones remaining. He also completed our quarterly treatment while he was on-site. I've always been pleased with the prompt and courteous service I've received from Custom, but this week's visit went above and beyond and made me really glad that I am one of their customers.

They are responsive. They are there when they say they will be.

They show up when they are supposed to show up; if they are going to be late or sometimes if they want to come early, they always call. They are very flexible on their scheduling. They come back for any reason what so ever and re-spray if needed. I have not compared their prices and quality with any other company but I am assuming their price is right about where everybody else is.

They've been great. They call me and let me know when I'm due for service. If I forget to call back, they're very reliable to pursue me and the staff is very helpful. The price is also very competitive.

Ed is always on time, when he is not he always calls me to let me know if he can come early or if it's an issue with being late (even when a few minutes), he is quite professional. He usually goes around the exterior of the house first and then he discuss with me any issues I have had in the past 3 months. He then proceeds to spray the entire inside including the attic. If he sees anything out of the ordinary he lets me know (like if a window is cracked and can let bugs in). I have been very happy with all the other folks as well, they are courteous and professional.

I was very happy with them. When we moved into our newest house we had a very big problem with termites in our large shop and garage we had in the property. They treated that and I had them go out and do the whole major treatment for the warranty. I liked the communication in terms of providing information for me and just being completely open to what they are doing and willing to discuss my concerns. In particular with the termite treatment I had concerns because I have 3 dogs and chickens on the property. They made certain there was no risk to my animals and they were very careful in terms of the water supply. They were concerned about the environment as well as getting the job done. They were concerned about the immediate and the long term effects. I was very happy with them. I had priced other services as well and they were right on the spot in terms of comparable services in the area. For some of the other services they offer some better pricing. It is more like contracts and repeated treatments and their prices are better than most of big national companies.

They are courteous and professional. They arrive on time and are efficient about their work. We have been with them for about five years.

I started to work with them from 2009. In 2009 they treated my property for termite and thereon for an inspection annually. They also do a quarterly pest control, like spraying for ants and insects both inside and outside. They do good work and thorough. In terms of price as well as cost they are competitive. They are prompt, come when they say they would and give good service. In terms of termite control, they seem to be technically sound and give the required information. I will continue to use them in the future. In 2009, they built in holes, treated the blocks and everything. It wasn't expensive and was in the ball park. They did a very good job so chose them for routine pest control.

I have been using Custom Termite and Pest for a number of years. This is a great company that stands behind their work. We have them spray our house each quarter (left the cost blank), which includes any call-backs between services at no charge. Ed does a great job and is my only choice when I schedule my appointment. He knows our house and where its problems are located. He is diligent and takes pride in his work. I have recommeded them to friends and will in the future.

They are not our regular termite people but we've had a problem with ants in the past and they have taken care of them. Since we've used them we haven't seen any more ants. They do really well. I will absolutely continue to use them.

They also do total pest control however I live in a townhome so they don't do the exterior termite control. They do everything inside, for instance we've had small ants in here and once they treat it we never had ants again. I've been using them for 5-6 years now. They respond immediately, they are very professional, they follow up and one of the best things is they come and treat your place for some type of pest and if the pest comes back within the next week or two they come back and treat it again at no expense. They do termination, inspection reports if needed,

I did a 90 day service agreement with them and I am going to continue using them because I am extremely happy with the results. I had an American cockroach in my home and I was getting a lot of spiders and ants, so they did an application. Immediately, I would say at least 95% of the bugs were gone. I haven't had to de-web in about a month which is amazing. It is as if all of the activity has stopped and I will continue to use them because I know it will just keep decreasing. They have personnel with 20+ years of experience and when they come through they explain the process to me. The product that they use is odorless and non-conductive to humans so it seems to be the perfect product in a home environment. They explained what they were going to do and what to look out for. Everything is just as they predicted it would be. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They are definitely worth it value-wise. He was extremely punctual both times and they are a good company to use across the board.

I've used them for years. They are very responsive and very good. I would highly recommend them. I have no idea about their price. They have never made me think that I should go look for somebody else. They are very good and I have no problem. I will definitely continue to use them.

They were here for good 45 minutes. They go outside, crawl space, inside of the house and the edges of garage. I have been using them for 10 years. I also used them to inspect the house before I bought it. I may have used them for my old house. I got their name from somebody in the real estate business. They treated very well. They had been much more connected to the customer. They have personalized service. I have dealing with the same people, same office and perhaps when they call and schedule the annual inspections, it's the same more or two inspectors who came out. They all were very friendly. They have friendly owner and he came out and did it himself. He had a very small business; but he had 1 or 2 inspectors that came out recently. They have large crew of guys. I think it's a family run business.
