The whole process was great. Everything explained clearly and estimates given in writing. The workers were neat & tidy and easy to work with.

We ended up in court with this service provider. The decision was in our favor and he had to repay us. I had to hire someone else to redo the work and fix everything. He has no ethics, no honor, does poor quality work, and I wouldn’t wish him on my worst enemy.

I thought the estimate was very expensive.

We hired Chris Nipper and his team with Custom Renovations to renovate our master shower and put in a new tile floor in the bathroom. We decided to go with Custom Renovations to renovate our master shower to tile and also put in a new tile floor in our bathroom. Work began on March 4, 2013. There was a water leak during the job that ran into our ceiling.

The projects went great. Mr. Nipper and his right hand man are super responsive. I've called him late at night, early in the morning, as well as on the weekends. He always responds quickly and professionally. I speak to him via email, text, or via telephone. The entire team is professional, arriving on time each day and working a full day. When the workers arrived before the bosses, they sat outside and never entered along. They were also very courteous and they all were able to communicate with us effectively. Mr. Nipper gives a status update on a daily basis. Our project was 2-part. The first part was completed before the holidays and they are finishing the second part. He texted every day on the status of the job and the permitting process. His right hand man, who is the structural guy, seems to know everyone in the business and has a great working relationship with the local residential building engineers and inspectors. That makes a huge difference for novice remodelers like us. They all paid attention to detail and addressed all of our concerns quickly and efficiently. He even called to have us approve the pattern of the wood floors before he proceeded. One thing that I thought was great was that they always cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis and even did other little things like moving a couch upstairs (and downstairs) for us. They are very customer friendly. Custom Renovations is the only company we'd use to do this kind of work. We are planning to hire them for another project once we are ready.

I would recommend him. I would absolutely use him again.
