Showed up on time and ready to work. Pressure washed the outside of our house, took about an hour and a half. He was polite and professional and would not settle for OK, he ensured the work he performed was excellent and completed to perfection. We are completely satisfied with the service he provided and would highly recommend Crystal Blu to anyone looking to get their house pressure washed.

Crappy!!! I purchased the pressure washing but then moved and forgot I had purchased and it expired. I emailed and asked if they would still honor since other places normally do. They didn’t even bother to respond to me. So disrespectful and clearly doesn’t believe in good customer service!

It went great. I contacted about three power wash companies and this is the only one that responded right away and their customer service was superb. I don't live in town and have a tenant and they were flexible in waiting for a reply of availability from them. Not only this but when they didn't hear back from me, they followed up, which made me get on the ball! It's rare when you work with a company that says yes to most basic requests: are you available, yes! Can you work on a Saturday, yes! Can I pay pay pal, yes! The power wash itself was well done and our tenant was happy!

The cleaning process was consisted of a pressure washer that was set on low output and a proprietary chemical. The chemical was sprayed on the house first and then rinsed off with a low pressure pressure washer. The machine was turned up for the tougher stains. I am very pleased with the results. Home looks like it was recently painted! The chemical they use does the job with very little smell (not bleach). Thank you Zack for your professional job

I was very impressed by how clean the driveway got. It was harder for him to clean the patio because our patio abuts the house on 2 sides and has columns from the porch overhead. His equipment did not maneuver around the walls and columns very easily. But on open areas like our driveway, he did an amazing job. We had a problem with scheduling and he did not show up at the time I expected. When I called, he said that he did not have my appointment on his calendar. But he was able to arrive about 40 minutes later, and it all worked out fine. He was very cordial and professional. I would recommend the service.

Called to see if it was okay to arrive early. The gentleman I spoke with was very professional, walked around the house with me to talk about what would be done, and then even put my furniture back on the front and back porch for me! Great customer service!

The work was average. He did not get the edges of the driveway at all and he broke one of my large pots on the front steps. I had to replace both pots so they would match at 89$ a piece. He did not even offer to lower his overblown price for the extra pressure washing beyond what was covered in the Deal. It cost me an additional $300 and he was only here 2 hours tops. I wish I could make $150/hour. For that much money, he should have gotten every edge and every inch!

They are very courageous, did a vey good job and he let me looked at the work after to see if I'm satisfied with it.

They were very professional and arrived on time. The only issue that I had was that they did not use a ladder to do the work. They just used a long wand. I didn't know this upfront nor did I ask. Even though they did a decent job, I feel that they could have done a more detailed job if a ladder had been used.

I am very satisfied and pleased with the work performed by Zack. He was prompt, called ahead of time to tell me he was on his way; we did a walk around the house together as I pointed out specific areas of concern and he took note of every point. The positive results for both the house and driveway are very noticeable; I would definitely hire Crystal Blue again.
