Description of Work: Their employee was a no-show. The owner was responsive when I called, took full responsibility for their failure to show, and sent the co-owner out promptly the next day. He did an excellent job and again apologized profusely for their now former employee's failure to show. These owners are committed to making a success of their business and to providing top quality service. I would use their services again.

Description of Work: Gutter cleaning- technician didn't clean up well but the owner came out himself to make it right.

Description of Work: Gutter cleaning. They cleaned our gutters out fine with a leaf blower, but blew the debris onto the siding and window sills and did not clean it off. Our downspouts are completely stopped up and they did not address this at all, but maybe that was not supposed to be included. Maybe we should have asked more questions about what the gutter cleaning included.

Description of Work: They showed up promptly and talked with us about what we wanted done so that expectations were clear. They were very clear about what the service we purchased entailed, and what would be extra (power washing deck). They did a great job, and we would use them again.

Description of Work: Chris did a great job and was right on time. My driveway was a bit larger than the amount included on the deal and I was advised there would be an extra cost. He gave me the quote to do the whole driveway. I agreed to the addl cost and the driveway looks great.
