Description of Work: Pressure washed my townhouse. I had never had that done before and it went well. I would recommend their service. They were quick to get in touch with me and easy to schedule. My house looks so much better.

Description of Work: They did a very good job,however, I found them to be quite expensive for the work done ( a small driveway, and front sidewalk, about 30 feet long ). Would probably combine the work with another job next time.

Description of Work: They power washed the outside of my house (~2500 sq. ft., 2 stories plus a basement) as well as the concrete pads at the doors and the driveway. Great price and the technician made my house look new again. We did have to reschedule once but they called in advance to let me know, the new date was not too far off from the original and they showed up on time for the rescheduled appointment. | |I would recommend this group and will use them again myself. They did a great job.

Description of Work: My husband and I purchased an Angie's List Deal to have our home pressure-washed (2500 sq ft; two-story). We were promptly contacted for scheduling and the service was performed less than a week later. Kenneth arrived on time and I spoke with him about a few spots around the house that we were concerned about. He was very personable and completed the work within the estimated time frame he had provided. Our house looked great when he was done. He made sure to point out a section of siding which had a tar-like deposit on it that simply would not come clean (he even climbed up on a ladder for a closer look). When I asked about the potential cost of having our driveway cleaned as well, he offered to call the main office for a quote and told me he could perform the driveway service that same day. I ultimately decided against it as it didn't quite fit into our budget, but I appreciated his willingness to follow up on my inquiry. We had a great experience with Crystal Blu and we would certainly use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Their employee was a no-show. The owner was responsive when I called, took full responsibility for their failure to show, and sent the co-owner out promptly the next day. He did an excellent job and again apologized profusely for their now former employee's failure to show. These owners are committed to making a success of their business and to providing top quality service. I would use their services again.

Description of Work: 1100 arrival for a 1000 appointment. I was not home due to another appointment. When I arrived the sides of the house, Windows, grill, table set, deck and front rails were covered in the sludge and debri from the gutters. It was left like that for complete. I have never seen such a mess. 5 calls back and forth with the owner and Russell returned. He was argumentative and kept pushing that he had before and after pictures. So truthful is also and issue. It was not until he received a text that I was given a sorry. I did not give "F's" because the owners were trying to do the right thing. I will not use them again. I would have rated the owners a little higher. Russell does not appear vested in the family business and could use customer relations education. Thank you Tyrone for standing by your company and making it right in the end.
