Professionalism from the beginning to the end. We will be using this company again. They we're very prompt in being there at the scheduled time.

Tyrone was right on time, worked quickly and effiently, and left my house nice and clean!

These guys are so fast and efficient. I have used them multiple times and have there number on speed dial. I gave them the lockbox code so they could give me a quote, we agreed and they were done by the time I arrived to pay. And as a BONUS they were able to pressure wash the home for the next tenant. Now thats what I call service.

Tyrone came out the next day after I called. He was on time and completed the job. Did a great job and the concrete looks great. Very reasonable price

At first, it seemed very disappointing -- he just walked around the house with a pressure washer, doing everything from ground level. Our home is 2 stories, with some gables in the attic. I cannot reach these myself, even with a 32' extension ladder. How is this guy going to do it from the ground? But, obviously, his equipment is professional-grade, and he knows what he's doing! He was able to get the house spotless, even way up on the "third story" gables. Very impressive. My wife is happy (there is no higher accolade!). However, the cleaning solution was not rinsed off of the windows soon enough, and most of our windows are now significantly streaked (photo). And there were several puddles in the driveway that have now left "negative" stains (the cleaning solution has removed the gunk, making the rest of the driveway look awful!; photo). I'll have to pressure wash the rest of the driveway myself to make it match the "clean spots" (I suppose it needed doing anyway!). The bottom line is that we are pleased with the pressure washing, Crystal Blu's quote was the lowest, and our house looks great! I could not have done this myself, and we'll hire Crystal Blu again.

Overall I was satisfied but just not elated. I believe their expertise is likely commercial. Called ahead and coordinated well. Very nice people. Allowed us to use the coupon. Seemed a little rushed though. For residential work, would have preferred they slow down, listen more, do a thorough walk-thru before and after.

Casey, I believe, arrived right on schedule, took the time to go around the house with me to get a clear idea of what needed to be done, explained the procedures involved, then did the job thoroughly. It was a great experience, and we'll be using Crystal Blu for regular washings in the future.

Technician showed up on time. Worked diligently and effectively. Finished in an hour or so. Good job

Found this company using Angie's list and called to make an appointment. I was shocked when they could come out the next day. Was given a one hour window, which I highly appreciated so I didn't have to spend my day waiting. I got a call letting me know that Casey was about 20 minutes out and then he ran into a traffic accident and I received a call again to let me know that it might be a bit longer. This isn't a criticism at all, but rather a compliment that I was kept in the know. Especially on a Saturday morning - this made a big difference and was very professional. Casey arrived and got right to work. I really appreciated all Casey did and how friendly he was. He clearly wanted to be sure I was happy with the job - which I was! One side of the house was downright disgusting and it looks great now. I will definitely use again and will recommend to others.

I am very pleased with how great my siding looks and the job was completed on the Fourth of July holiday! Most importantly the bannisters in the front of my house looks better. The sides of the bannisters facing my front door was covered in bird droppings! No longer am I embarrassed to have friends come into the house through the front door. Crystal Blu is very responsive to messages as well. Definitely a plus! Thanks!

The response time after requesting a quote was lightning fast! Everyone was very professional and friendly. I was able to schedule a time to get the pressure washing done for the next day! Chris called and advised me of his arrival time and was very courteous and friendly. He promptly got to work and did an outstanding job! He made sure that even the dirtiest parts of my siding were sparkling clean and took care around the doors and windows. He took his time and made the house look brand new! It was an easy transaction from start to finish and I would highly recommend them and will use them again!

Came on time, worked efficiently. But carelessly ran the washer machine over potted flowers and left streaks of less clean areas on driveway.

95% incredible! The two workmen were very professional and responsive. They responded positively and enthusiastically to any problem I identified. That said, I needed to be there so that they noticed when we had doors/windows that leaked when they washed, and I provided them with towels to minimize the water damage. Not at all their fault that our doors/windows leaked, but I had warned them ahead of time, and they weren't looking for the problem. However, when I pointed it out, one of them was happy to use our towels to mop up the incoming water and minimize the leaking. We had some concrete that they did a great job cleaning -- better than I expected! I would hire again without any hesitance.

It went well. I received a call that he was 19 minutes away. He arrived and did an excellent job. My house's siding looks new.

This is the 3rd year in a row that I used Crystal Blu. And once again I am extremely pleased. My home looks great. I called and received an appt for the next day. You guys rock!!!

Both of my houses and my garage are now free of all the mold and orange dirt that covered them! They look great! Crystal Blu was on time, friendly, and did an excellent job. The price was right and the service was fantastic. I highly recommend them and will hire them again.

I had to go behind them and have them do the front porch. They only were going to do half of the side walks and the shed. I was told by the lady at the office they would do the entire home, sidewalks, driveway and shed. The worker said they only do so much and then begin charging extra. I do not smell any chemical cleanser after they finished. I also sprayed and did not see any bubbles. There also was a spot they could not get up which I was able to clean with a rag and cleanser. They did redo everything without complaint.

Crystal Blu did a powerwashing job for me a year or so ago and they were excellent. I would rate them then a 10. This time though the "technician" was not as conscience or through and I would rate him, at best a 5. I have my own powerwasher and went out and redid some areas that were poorly done and the brick pavers that he forgot totally. He charged me $250 which in my view given the poor quality and areas missed should have been no more than $150. My experiences with Crystal Blu indicate to me - it's not the company but the one doing the work and that's something that an individual can't control. I would not use them again nor would I recommend them due to the inconsistency.

It wasn't great. I got carried away by the "A "rating in Angies list. I wouldn't recommend to anyone and wouldn't hire them again.

Showed up on time. had newer equipment than last year. Worked very quickly and precisely, resulting in a clean exterior. Very satisfied.

I called in the late afternoon and received a callback within 30 minutes. Was able to fit in our schedule within less than 24 hours which was great. We weren't able to be home for service but when we arrived home we were pleasantly surprised. The outside of the house smelled clean and the white porch sparkled. Looked just like the day we moved in! Definitely impressed with the service and quality of work. I would hire again.
