Description of Work: First problem is their employee showed up on time but left because he said he did not have the appropriate ladder. He indicated that he would come back the following day. When he did not show, the owner came out. He bent two sections of the gutters badly with his ladder. Later I had to replace the sections so it cost much more. When the new people came out to replace the bent sections, it was clear that much dirt was left in the two sections. He pulled out the leaves but the gutters still had an accumulation of dirt. They were not cleaned appropriately.

Description of Work: Professional, competent, efficient. These people know what they are doing. They arrived early, worked carefully, and did a very good job on the house, walkway, and driveway. I don't think the house needs washing annually, but will consider bringing them back next year for the driveway and walkway. They did outstanding work at a great price.
