I called the company over the weekend and was scheduled for the next business day to have service done at my parents home. The technician, Chris arrived on time this morning and was very polite and professional. Prior to starting the job, he walked around the house with me and explained in detail what stains would come out and also what stains would not. I personally, have used another pressure washing company in the past and have never had anyone explain or do a walkthrough. He cleaned the deck and driveway as well with much thoroughness . I could tell from the first encounter on the phone that this is a very professional company. I will use them again as I feel that I got my moneys worth.

Professional on time service for an overdue powerwash cleaning of my heavily soiled driveway and walkway (Over 1800 s.f.). Very pleased with the promptness and efficiency of service. The oil stains and mildew were removed and now looks like new Crystal Blu will be hired for the annual Spring powerwashing of my house, windows and gutters. My house, driveway and walkways sparkle!!

I contacted the company before purchasing this deal and Angie?s List also called for me to make sure they could clean the stains on my gutter and they said they would. They assured me they could clean the common mold stains on my gutters. When I got home yesterday he claimed he did clean the gutters but they didn?t, there was still black stains. When I called the manager he said it needed to be cleaned and polished to get rid of the stain. I let him know that they didn?t and just needed to be cleaned. After they left last night to prove my point I put a tiny bit of bleach on a paper towel and wiped a little section of the gutter and sure enough the stain came out. So the manager said he would come out and do the work himself this morning. He in fact didn?t come out he sent the same worker out who made excuses when he got here and didn?t do the work he just left. The gutters weren?t cleaned, the railing on the front porch wasn?t cleaned, they said it wasn?t part of the house even though they washed the ceiling of my front porch, all the fascia boards weren?t cleaned at the low end or high end of the house. They informed me they don?t bring ladders so they can?t clean because they?re too lazy to put a ladder up. They bent the gutter by my trash can and denied it. The bay window paint and a couple of places of the siding weren?t cleaned at all there was still pollen on it and dirt. The bay window has dirty mold spots where they didn?t clean it and on the siding. The guy that came out instead of fixing the problem just wanted to argue and throw my money back at me instead of correcting his mistake. The manager should of came out and looked at what his worker did so he knows what his employees are doing and so he could fix the problem. They said they would give me a refund.

I was very pleased with the provider's responses to me. We agreed that we would plan an annual driveway clean so that I could keep ahead of the dirt. He promised to call me in Fall of 2016.

We could not be more pleased with the work. He arrived early to walk around the house and discuss what he would be doing. He started the job right on schedule.

I purchased an Angie's Deal and was immediately contacted to schedule appointment. I explained that I needed to wait since the house would be reroofed. I was contacted and asked to contact them when I was ready. Once roof was redone, I contacted company and they provided potential dates and we set a date and time. On the scheduled day, I was contacted to see if the appointment could be moved up two hours due to impending rain which was fine. When service provider arrived, I first confirmed how much could be cleaned for the price. The service provider was fine with what needed to be washed. He did a great job and I will use the company to pressure wash the driveway and house in the future.

He did a great job. The only complaint is that we had them scheduled one day and they never showed up or called. They came the next day instead. But overall, the driveway was very clean and shiny.

I bought the big deal of power wash 1000 Square feet walkway and driveway for $69. I left my phone number and email address and gave my preferred dates of work. They responded through message in the Angie's List but I didn't login to my account for almost a month. So, there was delay because I was expecting to get a phone call from them instead. If you buy any big deal services, make sure you login to Angie's list to check if you get messages from the vendor. After I responded to their messages they quickly responded back and set the date. They came as scheduled and worked diligently to clean up my brick walkway for an hour. I am very satisfied with their work. Highly recommend.

I purchased the $299 special Angie's List deal for pressure washing of the house, driveway, and deck. My driveway is pretty long. So, I paid extra to have it cleaned all the way to the curb. This did not include the walkway to the house, which I would add the next time. I received a response for my appointment request the next day and was scheduled for the next business day - Monday. On the day of service, the morning forecast and thunderstorms caused a delayed start, but Chris called to let me know that he was watching the weather and tentatively scheduled arrival for about 2 hours after the original appointment time. Chris was very thorough and explained the process and the treatment to me. He was very thorough and did a great job. Everything looked so much better when he was done. I will definitely use Crystal Blu again for regular maintenance.

They did a great job power washing the exterior of my house and cleaning out the gutters. Now my house is ready to be listed!

I called Crystal Blu and received next day service. Crystal Blu arrived 30 min early (that's hard to find these days). They got right to work and cleaned all the dirt off of my home. The tech was extremely polite and took the time to walked around my house and address my concerns. I will definitely use them again.

I called to get an estimate and, not only did I get a great price over the phone, but they could come out and complete the work the same day. Other companies I had called couldn't come out for another week. About an hour later, Chris arrived and, after verifying the work getting done, immediately got to work. He was very friendly and professional. The house and deck looked great, and so clean! The yard around the sidewalk looked nice, too. I have a very woodsy yard and it is hard to keep it looking nice.

The guy has good prices and the work was good. They have coupons available for pressure washing but they never say a back-up.
