Crystal Blu Pressure Washing

My driveway had never been cleaned, and the serviceman from Blu Crystal did a thorough job cleaning it. It was apparent he wanted to do a superior job. I am pleased when I walk to my front door now...........no more "green" on my orange brick steps!

Arrived on time, inspected driveway and started work. When they were done the driveway was considerable whiter and clear of all the dirt that accumulated in the small holes on the surface f the cement.

Wonderful company to work with. They kept me up to date on when they would arrive (he was running late because of very cold morning temperatures). The house looks amazing, and he was very thorough. I will certainly call them when the house needs washing again.

Very very professional. It's of trees around my drive made the work challenging. He did a thorough job but it was not possible to get all the stains--- most, but not all. I will use them more frequently in the future and a tree mold remover I sprayed on the driveway finished the job.

Although he arrived later than what I was told over the phone because of a previous job that morning (hey, it happens) the house looks great and now I'll have the HOA off my back. Paid a little extra to have part of a fence done as well. The house hasn't been washed like in years and he got all the dirt and grime off. Would use again.

This guy is the real deal. He will come to your house to quote you on the job and if you say yes he will go ahead and do the job. No need to meet him twice. Also, typically I am scared to let a contractor work unsupervised outside the home. What if they don't finish the job? What if they don't complete it to my satisfaction? No need to be scared with Crystal Blu. After he quoted us, we handed him the check and left to work. He finished pressure washing the driveway to our complete satisfaction without needing any kind of supervision. Excellent value and service. We will hire again!

Tyrone was very prompt in his pre-appointment communications and arrived well within the appointment window. He was courteous and efficient, finishing the job in about an hour. We negotiated an extra charge to the $69 Angie's List Big Deal since I asked him to do the back porch as an add-on. The extra charge was fair. The work was professionally done and everything looked great upon completion. Don't hesitate to use this provider for all of your pressure washing needs.

Overall went very well. Very timely & courteous service provided by the Technician (Tyrone). Driveway looks so much nicer now. Excellent value.

For the most part, Tyrone did a great job pressure washing my home. The reason I gave the job an overall rating of a "B" was because of the water usage. Tyrone arrived at my home with a HUGE tank 1/2 filled with water. I assumed that the water in the tank would be used to pressure wash my home. Tyrone asked me to access my outdoor water pipe, which he did link up to his water tank. I remained inside my home while Tyrone cleaned my house. He rang my doorbell upon completion of the job, and I will say my home was pleasantly clean. When I glanced over at the water tank on his truck's hitch, it was filled to capacity. Remember I previously mentioned when Tyrone arrived at my home the water level in the HUGE tank pre-cleaning was 1/2. Pressure wash jobs I've had done in the past at my home did not require the business owner to use water from my house. I'm now dreading the receipt of my next water bill as a result of Tyrone filling up his water tank to capacity in conjunction with what he used to clean my home. In all honesty, if he had filled the tank to the level it was when he arrived at my home to do the job it would not have bothered me as much but to fill the tank to capacity is not acceptable. Water is very expensive for homeowners especially in Knightdale and I hope for future job's Tyrone is very transparent regarding his use of his customer's water source.

From the start my experience was a pleasure. They scheduled my work quickly to accomodate my schedule. As it was i was not able to be present for the service. The technician kept me posted on progress and called with any questions to be certaln the results were what I wanted. They took great care with my patio furniture and padding so they were not affected by the power washing. The house looked so clean, i would recommend them to you without hesitation and will use them in the future.

After leaving the message on Angie list I was contacted in less than an hour. They also provided us a quote and pressured washed our house all in that same day. Great service and he made sure we were satisfied. We were very pleased.

Our appointment time was between 8:00 and 9:00 am. Chris arrived around 8:45 and did an excellent job washing the house. He listened to our concerns and assured us that not plants would be harmed. He was very professional, did a great job and did it quickly. We will certainly use this company again!

Everything went great. Scheduling was flexible and easy. Tyron arrived early, got right to work on the siding, and it looks great. It wasn't an issue at our house, but if you have any sensitive plants, I would suggest covering them ahead of time. Would use them again.

Crystal Blu contacted me within hours of submitting my requested dates for service and scheduled a time they could come out and complete the service. Upon arrival the owner of the company, who was both professional and polite, walked around the house with me to point out various aspects of my house and siding. I have to admit he pointed out things about my house that I had never noticed and I am here every day. There were some areas on the siding that had mildew that I did not believe would be able to be thoroughly removed when the house was pressure washed. Needless to say, Crystal Blu did a fantastic job removing the mildew and cleaning the entire house. Besides being professional and polite, one thing that really stood out about the service was the owner, walked me around the house several times during different periods of the cleaning process to point out either challenges to pressure washing the house or point out things he noticed, including loose, cracked, and/or fading siding. His desire to continually keep me informed about the process made me feel that much more comfortable with his personal competence and the companies ability to handle even larger jobs. I would wholeheartedly recommend Crytal Blu to anyone in the areas who needs their home pressure washed or other pressure washing services.

Tyrone did a very good job of removing the moss that began taking over my walkways. When he was done with the walks he rinsed off the front of my house where the dirt had gotten sprayed . I asked him for an estimate to return to power wash the house.eventually I will have the driveway done as well. Looks really nice!

After I had to cancel our appointment at the last minute because of a family emergency, the company was very responsive when I called back to get the job done. They came out within a few days. We have a very large driveway and were quoted a fair price above the Angie's Deal. The 2 man crew used a scrubbing machine as well as 2 pressure sprayers to get the driveway so clean that it is almost blinding! We will definitely use them in the future.

The provider called and gave me a two hour window in which he arrived. He got right to work. I had concerns about an area of my house where there was a lot of mold. He told me to come out in 15 minutes and look at it. I came out and the mold was completely gone! He worked very hard the entire time and afterwards he asked me to go around to see if there were any areas that needed to be done again. I am 55 years old and have been climbing ladders doing this service myself in order to save money. This service was worth every single penny!!! I will NEVER power wash my house again when you have a wonderful service like this that will power wash an entire two story house (that needed cleaning!). I cannot praise Crystal Blu enough for offering a great service at such a low cost!
