Crystal Blu Pressure Washing

Tyrone did an excellent job cleaning our very dirty driveway. We're not sure if or when this driveway was ever cleaned in the past, but now it looks great again. He also power-washed our brick sidewalk and got some algae-stained areas very clean again. I plan to have him back once the weather gets warmer so that he can power-wash our small brick patio and patio wall that we share with our neighbor (we're in a town home community). I would also like him to clean a small section of the sidewalk that fronts our property. I would highly recommend Tyrone to anyone interested in having any concrete or brickwork cleaned!

Our house, that was built in in 1983, was very grimy and had lots cobwebs and spots of mildew. Another complication is that is that the siding is old and damaged in some sections. Chris was wonderful and very professional. He contacted me to schedule within 24 hours of purchasing the service. When the weather forecast called for rain, he called a day ahead and suggested we reschedule. During the job he checked in with questions, and even replaced a missing faucet on our hose. The house and patio looked fantastic afterwards. I will definitely use them again.

When I had to cancel the initial appointment, the company was prompt and responsive in rescheduling. The workman was here exactly when he said he would be, telephoning to let me know that he was on the way. He got right to work and did an excellent job of cleaning both the driveway and the walkway, leaving everything orderly and clean. I would definitely use Crystal Blu Pressure Washing again, including whole house washing when that becomes due.

The service was great. I had originally scheduled the service when the snow/ice storm hit the East Coast. The provider made it up to me over the weekend. I wish I had taken before and after picture because the place look 100% better now than it did before he started. I have a fairly long driveway, so the original price wouldn't cover it. It cost extra but it was worth it. Sure beat the alternative (having the driveway repaved). Thank you for an outstanding job!

They took all the furniture & firewood off the front porch (I had forgotten it was there!), so that was appreciated. There were a couple of spots on the driveway that could have used a little more attention, but overall it's a good job and I would use them again. Very responsive, even with the complication of the snow and ice we had over this period.

I purchased the Big Deal for 1000 sq. ft. of power washing on driveways and sidewalks for $69. Within a few hours after I purchased the deal, I was contacted through Angie's List messaging center by Crystal Blu. We agreed on a future date and time and were all set. On the day of the work, he arrived on schedule and was very friendly. He explained what he will do and how it should look once done. I had done power washing on my driveway before and everything was inline with what I was expecting. It took about an hour or less to complete the work and everything looked as expected. I liked the tool he used which looked like one of the circular waxing machines I saw in schools when I was young. It wasn't the nozzle type I had rented at Ace before. With his tool, the work went quicker, it was more even, and there weren't all those uneven stripes I see when I do it myself with the nozzle type rentals. He also did my neighbor's driveway for another $69. There was a problem my neighbor had in that their truck that is rarely used wouldn't start, but the guy from Crystal Blu helped to jump the battery of her truck to get it started and moved off of the driveway. He was very friendly and helpful guy. I would recommend him to anyone looking for power washing.

Bought an Angie's List deal and Crystal Blu promptly contacted me to schedule a day/time. In fact, I was very happy with the responsiveness and how quick Crystal Blu was able to come out and powerwash my drive--wish every interaction was like this, it actually lived up to Angie's List's promise of a pain free way of connecting contractors and home owners. At precisely the time we set up, Crystal Blu arrived provided me an updated price (I knew it was going to be more than the $69 for the big deal since I have a pretty long driveway), and then promptly got to work. The worker (Trevor? I apologize if I got his name wrong, I'm terrible with names) even took a moment to consult with me about a new portion of my drive which had leaves embedded in the concrete when it was poured (not much he could do about that). When he was done, I have to say that the old driveway was the cleanest I've ever seen it--in fact, it the color almost matches the new concrete that was poured just a couple of months ago. At the conclusion, the worker stopped by to let me know he was done, and thanked me for the business. Very polite, and definitely made an impression on me. I would happily call Crystal Blu back again next time I need powerwashing done (for the driveway--more renovations to be done).

tHe arrived on time. There were two issues. First, he power washed the inside of my screened in porch and broke one of the ceiling fan blades. He told me about it immediately and the company reimbursed me quickly and without any hassle. I appreciated this very much. The second issue came when I inspected the work, There was mud all over the front porch, splashed there I suspect when he did the work. He cleaned it off when I pointed it out but I was surprised that he did check everything before he told me he was done. The mud was all over the entire porch - floor, railings, ceilings, etc. Finally, he did not replace the objects that he had moved to complete the work. This company was easy to work with and it may be that they are fairly new. They were very professional about fixing what they broke and the technician was very kind.

They promptly responded to my Big Deal purchase and we established an appointment time. The technician arrived a few minutes early. We discussed what was to be done and how it would be done. He used a water-powered buffer instead of the typical water pressure spray. It covered more territory and faster. A sprayer was used in an area they buffer would not fit. The technician was very professional, polite and courteous. The work was done very well and faster than expected.

I purchased a deal to have house, driveway, and deck power washed for $299. As I don't have a deck I asked if my screened porch could be done instead and the response was yes. My screened porch is large and I requested for my hot tub cover to be cleaned, and also added cleaning of the wood on the outside of the porch. I was quoted an additional $50 for the additional work which I believe was reasonable as there was quite a bit added to the original deal purchased. Crystal Blu arrived on time, walked me around the house to point out different areas, gave me a 'demo' of the process showing me how it worked on my driveway. When there were items he wanted to point out, he'd knock on the door and show me - one example was a spot on my second floor just below the eave where he said there was a spot he couldn't get out and even offered to get up on a ladder to clean it. I couldn't even see the spot although he tried to show me, but, I never was able to see what he was talking about. I declined having him go up on a ladder figuring, if I can't even see it when I am looking for it, it is clean enough! He did a wonderful job on my home - it looks better than the day I bought it! I will definitely call Crystal Blu the next time I am in need of pressure washing!

They pressure washed the driveway. When he showed up didn't seem super excited about the job and said he didn't know if he'd be able to complete it without an extra charge. He measured and finally decided it fell within the deal purchased size job. He finished and had completely ruined the grass around the edges of the driveway and there was residue up around the garage door. There were differences in parts of the driveway but it wasn't consistent throughout. Appreciate the deal but felt like I could get a better job somewhere else.

The white vinyl siding on my 2 story house had accumulated 2-3 years of mold and mildew and looked pretty gross. Crystal Blu offered a special that I purchased through Angie's List. I was contacted quickly and an appointment was set up. Chris showed up as promised, was very professional. As we walked around the outside of the house, he explained the process and the cleaning solution that he would use. After the cleaning was completed, we inspected the job. He pointed out one place (one side of a dormer) that he could not get clean without climbing on the steep roof. The area was very small and not easily visible from the front of the house. No big deal! My house is white and bright again. I'll use Crystal Blu again. Very pleased.

Tyrone arrived on time. He cleaned the driveway and attempted to remove the rust stains on the driveway from a construction dumpster. While he was unable to remove all of the stain, he was able to remove some of the stain. We were very satisfied with his work.

No time was wasted and I was satisfied with the work that was done to include having cleaned some truly troublesome spots.. The service man cleaned up before he left leaving a nicely cleaned driveway.

We are very pleased with the service provided with Crystal Blu - which was the pressure washing of the exterior of our 2-story home. We were able to schedule service within 3 days of contacting them. They worked with us on a time and agreed to come and perform the service, even though we could not meet them during the day. They kept in contact with us via text message before, during and after the service. We were pleased with the quality of the pressure washing and have no complaints. We would not hesitate to use them again.

After purchasing the service online thru Angie's List, I was contacted by the company representative with 24 hours and the appointment was set based on our availability. Representative was professional and very pleasant. Received email confirmation of scheduled appointment with a two hour window of the scheduled arrival time. On the day of the scheduled service I received a call 30 minutes in advance of the arrival time. The owner of the company provided the service - he was on time, professional and very pleasant. The service provided was done very well and we will work with him again. Outstanding work and no complaints. We highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased all around with Crystal Blu. They called within 30 minutes of me purchasing the deal to setup a time to come out to perform the service. They were able to schedule me within a week of purchase which was a huge plus. The tech came out this morning and did at least 3 passes of the home and was able to even remove more staining than expected. I will definitely add Crystal Blu to my list of service providers to contact again in the future :-) A very happy customer.
