Chris did a great job cleaning the area quickly and even did the diving board for me. He is very professional and prompt. I will definitely be having him come back to do the driveway next.

What a great experience. We communicated via Angie's list messaging and they responded immediately. i was shocked because it was around 1 am. We talked about what I needed and I was quoted a price. We went ahead the next day and scheduled. The morning of the original date, the gentleman called and said that his machine was not working properly and he hoped he could come the next day. I was fine with that because they called in advance and no one knows what machines will do. The next day he came early and completed the work. I was not home, but he called to inform me of some issues with my siding which was a blessing because I had just got the siding installed and he actually helped me before it was to late to do anything about it. Because he was not able to come on the original appointment day, he cleaned my front porch and part of my drive way for free. I was delighted. I was preparing my home for the closing because I had just sold it. We close tomorrow and so far the inspector has not said anything about the pressure washing so that must mean all is good. I am pleased and very pleased with the way they handled something that was actually out of their control. I would use them again, but I have moved.....Great customer service.

Bought this service last Thursday, got an email thanking me for my purchase within a few hours from scheduler, confirmed my first choice appt and verified good contact number. Arrived on time, exchanged intros (very polite and respectful), surveyed the home for scope of work including areas needing extra attention. Confirmed everything from the purchase order and he went right to work. I appreciated the eco friendly cleaning solution and most importantly the low pressure wash and rinse, which reduces the risk of damage and water getting behind the vinyl siding. I also liked that he did all the window frames, screens and window sill wells. The technician asked me to review the work and didn't hesitate when I pointed out a few small areas to spray again. Kept him hydrated with a few bottles of ice cold water. Crystal Blu definitely delivered on this service. Recommend this company to anyone and I will of course use them next year. Bottom line...fair price, flexible scheduling, polite and professional technicians and best of all I didn't have to climb the ladder this year.

The contractor was scheduled to arrive at noon. Apparently there was a cancellation earlier in the day, and the contractor contacted me about coming early. I was not able to answer the call as I was caring for a toddler outside my home. Apparently, the contractor took my lack of response as a "yes" to coming early and showed up at my house at 10 am instead, when no one was home. I then proceeded to receive a series of text messages in which the contractor told me he was there and then began to note potential problems with doing the job (he couldn't get his trailer in the driveway [though he could park it directly in front of the house], the house has aluminum siding and the paint might fade in spots, there were plantings where he wanted to set up his ladder). Obviously, this is not an ideal way to communicate, so I proceeded to call the contractor to get more information and to try to figure things out. I was still away from my home and not in a position to return until noon, the scheduled appointment time. The contractor then simply said, "I'm not comfortable doing the job," and immediately hung up the phone and apparently left my house (leaving the gates to my yard wide open). While I do appreciate that he didn't just do the job if he thought it would cause damage, the way in which things were handled was completely inappropriate. Had he showed up at the scheduled time (or another agreed-upon time), I would have been there to discuss these issues, see firsthand what the problem was, and make a determination of how to proceed (or not). We have had the gutters cleaned and the house powerwashed previously by others without these issues. Though, yes, there are plantings at our house (as I'd assume most houses have), there are ways to place a ladder so as to avoid doing damage; it simply takes a slight bit of effort. And had the contractor come when I was home (as I had planned to be), he could have shown me what kind of potential fading of paint we were talking about and let me decide whether to proceed (which I probably would have done since we plan to have the house painted soon anyhow). I am extremely frustrated by this experience and will be sure to let others know of the unprofessional experience we had with this contractor. Please note that I did try to handle it by calling the owner, hoping they'd come back when I was home, but the owner declined to do anything.

Punctual...actually early. Very professional. Took care of the gutters and then cleaned up afterwards. Didn't leave a trace. Very nice job. I would use them again.

Kenneth did a fantastic job. He paid attention to detail and addressed my concerns. He also helped me move a few items out the garage prior to washing and then helped put them back as well. I am very impressed by his work and will definitely hire him again. This was one of the best deals on Angie's list with the best technician who provided the service. Tyrone showed up on time (a little early, actually) and did a fantastic job cleaning up the driveway, sidewalk and basketball pad. He not only pressure washed everything to perfection, but he also rinsed the surrounding area (garage door, garbage cans, etc.) when he was finished. This was by far the smoothest job coordination I have done via Angie's List. I purchased the deal late one evening, received a scheduling call the next day, and Tyrone arrived, as stated, at the appointed time. I highly recommend Crystal Blue for pressure washing. I know I will be using them again!

I purchased the $59 gutter cleaning. I wanted to get my house done as well as my carport, but decided I would pay the company directly for that as I know they take a hit on the big deals. I booked and received confirmation as well as a request for my address. I called the company on 4/4 before my 4/8 scheduled appointment to give my address, make sure it wasokay I wouldn't be home and to request the additional services. I spoke to a gentleman on the phone and he assured me all was set no problem. 4/8 rolls around suppose to arrive by 9:00 (put dogs inside to not bother the workers and have my mom who lives next door keeping an eye out so she can pay additional fee) 10:00 I send a message through Angie's List assuming they are not coming today. Owner's wife calls states she asked for an address but never received. I go through everything with her again that I had done with owner on Monday. Very nice not upset because I also own a company and mistakes happen. Reschedule for Monday 4/11. My phone starts blowing up at 8:00. I don't answer if I don't recognize a number. After fourth call leaves a message saying he is at my house but no one is there. Ok we covered this twice but I call him back. He doesn't seem to know what he's suppose to be doing. I get the quote for the extra work. It's reasonable so I agree. Well if I pay with a credit card it is an additional 4.95 service fee. This hits me wrong. He explains all business do this and it is to cover their cc fees. I explain that no not all businesses do this. For example I do not this because it is illegal and in violation of your credit card vendor contract. You as a company agree to accept those fees and not transfer on to consumer. He is completely unaware of this and continues to tell me all businesses do this. Okay whatever. Then he says wait you want your carport ground done? That an additional 25. Okay whatever. By this time it is all really sour tasting. My husband calls him because I had told him this number is blowing up my phone and I do not know who it is. I am over it now sending my Mom with a check to avoid the service fee, then he ask my husband what to do with the debris in the gutters. What? The deal says you will move this off the property like to wooded area. We are now officially done with this company. We own a high power gas pressure washer. We are complete DIYers who do this three times a year as well as wash the house annually. I was just trying to save my husband a chore. The gutters are not dirty nor are the brimming over with debris. My husband, says just do the gutters, forget the rest. Lack of proper scheduling and notation cost them $184 and a good review. I always do great reviews.

So happy with the results and the entire process was so easy. Punctual, friendly, and professional. Will be using Crystal Blu again :)

Overall an excellent experience. I chose this company not only because they were offering the best deal on pressure washing for our size home, (2500 sq ft) but mainly because of the glowing reviews here on Angie's List. I was not disappointed. Tyrone was very friendly and professional. When I set up the appointment online, he called to confirm it in a matter of minutes. He also asked if it was ok if he showed up early, which he did. And the work only took about 1 1/2 hours, exactly what he said it would. If you need pressure washing, call Crystal Blu!

He was knowledgeable about pressure washing, the chemicals used, type of issues my specific house was displaying - algae on some surfaces, oxidation and mold on others - and explained how he was going to perform the work. He did a very thorough job. He was on time, polite, professional and very knowledgeable. My house looks great!

The technician (Tyrone) was awesome. Attentive to our needs; asking numerous times for input from us regarding job quality. Very flexible and attempted to clean permanent rust deposits on siding. Punctual, arrived on time and completed the job in three hours while paying more than adequate attention to detail. Technician, Tyrone, was very professional and friendly. Called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Walked me around the house to point out any potential trouble areas. Competent, polite, and pleasant to deal with. Took about 2 hours to complete everything. My house looks GREAT. I would definitely use Crystal Blu again.

Excellent service that went beyond what they offered and that I expected. I have decided to have the aggregate concrete resealed for the first time since building the house in 2004. OI chose another worked to do this work that I got from Angie's list, who offered more services than Crystal Blu, but if I knew Crystal Blu also does that work I would have hired them to do that as well. The other company is from Angie's list also.
