Crystal Blu Pressure Washing

The water pressure was low and they could only reach 10 feet. They could not reach to the top of the house. Besides that, they were okay. They were very responsive.

The wash went well. The powerwash guy went around the house first, spraying the cleaning agent onto my vinyl siding. Let it sit for a bit, then went around a second time rinsing the house. The wash guy was more than willing to touch up a couple of spots afterwards. I was very pleased with the job, and it was a pleasant experience. The house had that "clean" smell for several days.

I've never used Crystal Blu pressure washing service before but took advantage of a promotional offer I saw in an Angie's List email. After placing my order on the website, i was promptly contacted and my appt was scheduled right away. Crystal Blu was quick, efficient, and did a wonderful job on the sidewalk and driveway. Would recommend, especially at the price I was offered.

This was an Angie's List Big Deal purchase. The job was scheduled one day after I purchased the deal. The Crystal Blu techs came early and did a great job. I used to do this job myself but my gas engine pressure washer pump failed. It would take me a few days to do this job using my wand with a turbo nozzle. The Crystal Blu guys did a better job than I was ever able to do in a fraction of the time (less than 2 hours) and at a great price. The techs pointed out to me that my turbo nozzle had caused problems in the concrete. It definitely pays to hire a reliable company with industrial strength equipment for a job like this.

Awesome response and job! I bought the $69 deal. Happily paid another $100 for the rest of the square feet. They called me to schedule the work the same day I bought the deal and scheduled the work for the next day. I call that being really responsive. They scheduled a two hour window and arrived a bit before the time, no problem. Russell McP did the work and did a very conscientious job. He was courteous and professional. It's not pressure washing with a high pressure hose. They use a rotating brush with water coming out of it. Then they rinse with a pressure hose. Less mess. And they bring a tank of their own water and whatever they put in it. They did a great job. Will definitely use them again if I need the service. Thanks.

They showed up Exactly when they said they would. Scheduling was easy, I had 3 days to choose from and they confirmed what day worked best. I met them in the morning, showed them what I wanted and left for work. When I got home that afternoon, everything was sparkling. Arrived on time and delivered as promised, great provider and highly recommend.

My experience with them was fine. I was expecting more from them, but it was fine. It didn't look clean or different. It just looked the same. They didn't work out to get the stain out. I could have done better myself.

My driveway was larger than what I paid for the coupon so I had to pay more to have the entire driveway done. The technician did a good job. I am not happy nor pleased about him using my water to do the job. I did not know that he was using my water until after he had started doing the work. He had a water tank with him but used mine instead. It was not stated in the offer that I would be responsible for the water supply (even though the person said that it was stated in the agreement). My monthly water bill is high enough and I would have had second thoughts about buying the coupon if I knew that I would have to pay an additional cost because they used my water (not good business practice).

The workman arrived at my house at 9:30. He explained to me that he could not do the driveway and entryway of my house without an additional charge even after I explained that I got this approved beforehand. I then asked if he would do the driveway and entryway and not do the deck for the same price. He said no. I told him his service will not be needed and he left. Not only was I not able to get the work done with the price I paid, but he was unwilling to compromise so that I can get what is most important to me washed, and he could have a job.

Some large and small spots on the patio were missed. The dirty water from the washing was left pooled on the patio as well as the driveway which meant a major cleanup by us (the owners) before we could say we had a clean patio and driveway. In my opinion this is an unfinished job. The owner returned to resolve the issues.

I hired Crystal Blu to pressure wash my driveway and walkway. They were 5 minutes early, started exactly the time they promised; they were finished pretty swiftly and, when i asked about gutters, they even cleaned them for an additional (extremely reasonable) fee. Most of all, the two gentlemen who arrived were conscientious, thoughtful and polite. They did the work and picked up after themselves and were done. I will call them back, in a heartbeat, to do what ever tasks i need to have done. These guys were AWESOME!!!

He was extremely professional. On time as promised. He asked for details on what I needed cleaned and we walked the house together. After he requested I walk the property again to make sure he did as agreed. I would use the service again!

Service was provided as scheduled and the technician was very professional and did a through job. The office staff also was professional and very cooperative, offering timely service that met my needs. My wife was very pleased with their work and we will use Crystal Blu again.

I am extremely impressed by the service Crystal Blu provided. I called on a Monday, and two days later my job was completed. Russell was very courteous and professional, and he did a great job. My job was somewhat difficult in that the siding on the house is stucco that hadn't been cleaned for at least 15 years. Further, the back side of the house is three stories tall. (The outside surface is roughly 3000 square feet.) As I perused various providers on Angie's List, I got really nervous seeing the prices many of them charge. Crystal Blu did an excellent job for the price of $220. I was delighted and relieved. I will certainly call them every time I need pressure washing and I recommend that you do too.

Technician was prompt and arrived when he had indicated. Service performed was excellent. He checked with me to ensure I was satisfied with his work.

I bought an Angie's Liist service for my driveway/patio and was so pleased that I had my entire house and deck done the next day. The worker arrived on time, greeted me cordially and explained what services he would provide. I greatly appreciated that. In both visits the work was completed thoroughly and then a walk around inspection completed. I plan to use their services regularily.
