Crystal Blu Pressure Washing

Scheduling was easy and work was performed timely. We left home shortly after the wash began, and came home to find that the porch looked much better. I would suspect they spent most of their time there because there were still several cobwebs on the exterior of the home that should seemingly have been removed with a thorough wash. So, I suspect they didn't spend much time on the project as the quality was lower than we've had before when hiring companies to complete this task. In sum, not terrible, but certainly not great.

Jason, did a really good job pressure washing the driveway. They did just a super job, my driveway hasn't been cleaned in about 30 years.

Followup call on the same day as purchase to schedule the appointment. Very efficient and flexible. Service was on the Friday after the purchase and was done pretty much on schedule. 30 minutes late, but the guy called me to let me know. The results were good. Stain came off roof overhangs and gutters, and all black stains on siding were removed. I was very pleased. Friendly service.

Well done job in short amount of time. I forgot the name of the technician but he was polite & well spoken in the way explaining things. I was pleased to see the original color of the concrete underneath layers of dirt in my driveway.

Positive experience. I emailed back and forth with the owner to be certain what I wanted done would be included in the Angie Deal. All correspondence was answered promptly. Appointment time was scheduled for just a few days following the purchase. Chris phoned 30 minutes before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He went to work immediately after introducing himself and did a thorough job. Chris was friendly, professional, and respectful. When my husband came home, he said the driveway was so clean he needed sunglasses as he drove in!

Arrived on time and went well. Only thing they did not use any cleaner so it did not clean the driveway very well. For the price, it was a good job.

From start to finish this was a very easy process. I was able to visit the company wrbsite and book my appointment immediately online for the next day. The tech arrived about 15 minutes early and got right to work. We are getting ready to put our house on the market. I must say my house looks better than it did when I first moved in. I will reccomend Crystal Blu to everyone that I know. Great job guys!!!!

When they arrived the wanted me to pay $50 for "additional chemicals" because the house had not be power washed for some time. I refused to pay more money because the deal didn't specify a certain amount of chemicals. When they left there were sections of the house that were never touched and the house looks terrible. I called them and they blamed the poor job on the fact that they didn't have enough chemicals to do it correctly. They are not coming back to finish the job.

Overall, I would rate the quality of the service as C plus. Even before any work began, I received two requests to change my appt time for his convenience. When the work was done, I had to point out multiple areas on the siding where more cleaning was needed. On the plus side, he did also clean some planting containers for me. I do not expect to rehire him.

Quickly, ver quickly. Quality of work reflects this.

Well, everyone thought that I had gotten a new driveway poured it was so beautiful! My neighbor normally pressure washes his own driveway. He came over and asked me how they got it so clean because his never looked that good. The secret is that they also have a second machine that helps scrub and remove everything and then they pressure wash. It was truly amazing. In the spring, while I was traveling, my husband had pressure washed around the pool with our own machine. I had not realized he had because it just didn't look very good. Once this team did around the pool, you knew it was done. It was so clean! Don't use anyone else! They were very professional, very good service people. I obviously highly recommend this service!!!!

Chris did an awesome job! It looks almost as good as when the siding was first installed. He was on time and very courteous. When we made the appointment over the phone, and the lady was very informative and pleasant. We were able to get a quote quickly, and she scheduled us for the very next day. I would highly recommend this company.

There were some issues with scheduling, but they took care of it and made everything right. I was not there when they did the work, but it looks good.

Punctual and responsive. Great job done our driveway. Brickwork around porch and base of house was originally very muddy from recent rain storms which was also cleaned up during the job. I would look at Crystal Blu for other pressure washing on my property in the future.

It went pretty well. They were a little bit rushed and missed a few spots. Normally I wouldn't have noticed, but I was painting the next day. So I did have to go back and rewash a few things. But overall, they did a good job for the most part, there were just a few things. I probably paid about $200 for extra things that were not listed.

It went fine. I paid extra because I had a little extra space. The issue was that I wasn't pregnant when they did it and they didn't move the bricks by my driveway so to me the job was not complete. I wasn't there but my daughter filled me in. They should have moved the bricks that were on the edge of the driveway. I would tell a friend that they are not the most professional.

I could not be more pleased with the power washing job. They were able to come the next after calling them. We set a window time to show up and they arrived in the window. I have power washed my house myself and it takes me about 4 hours. 2 1/2 hours on just one side as it is on the North side and has 2 AC units on that side so the mildew is there every year. Needless to say it took 45 mins for 1 person to complete the whole job. 2000 sqft house. Super job. I walked around with him before it start and then after it was over. I was very very happy with his work.

That was hell. My wife is convinced that he took the money and left. We had to go to the hospital and could not stay and we paid him in advance. She cant believe he did what he said he did, it does not look like it. From purchase date to actually doing it, it was several weeks. The man himself was nice. When he came here and I showed him what I wanted done which was in his price his main goal was to try and get us to do more and I told him we did not want more, just the amount and I am not sure if he did not like that.

The service was fine. Their punctuality was fine. There were a few spots on the driveway, but that might had not been able to get it off. It was just one guy and he was fine.

Ms Ford the representative is very polite and accommodated. Chis and another gentleman did a clean, great fast job. I am pleasure with the work.
