Great. Tech avoided use of bleach on patio and kindly moved planters too heavy for us to budge.

They did a great job at a VERY reasonable price!! I will use again!

Rule #1: Show up for the **** job! Job was slated for 2pm start. Received call at 2pm stating that they would show within one hour. Given that the job was supposed to take 2 hours, I was potentially now backing into some other scheduled appointments. As long as he showed up when stated, there would not have been a be a problem. At 3:15pm, still a no show. I called and was told they were still an additional 30 minutes out from arriving. No thank you, you've lost the job. Do not appreciate having my time wasted.

Looked great. Prompt and did a great job.

It went extremely well. The service provider was on time, explained what was to take place, and proceeded to do an outstanding job. Would definitely hire again.

I purchased a coupon from Angie's List for Crystal Blu and I was expecting them to call me when they were available. I scheduled the service and I wasn't home when the service was provided. I didn't receive a call when they were coming or when they were leaving, but I did notice that the lights on my house were torn away from the building form their ladders. When I called them back about the situation, they gave me a date someone would come out and it never happened. They said they would send the District Manager to come take a look and he never did. They also left a lot of refuge in my backyard, in and outside of the trash bag.

Decent job on the house, except for a section above the porch roof. The area on the siding near the bottom just above the porch roof wasn't cleaned well. Still showed a lot of green mold there. Not a good job on the deck and the gaezbo. I was forced to redo both days later (which took me a loooong time) when it was clear that hardly any mold was removed. They did a good job on the driveway with just s couple small areas not cleaned. Not perfect but a lot better than the deck and gaezbo.

We purchased the $69 Power Wash Special and received a timely response from the vendor. The appt was changed a few times due to weather and scheduling conflicts with the vendor, but I must say that Crystal Blu Power Washing were prompt in their communication, tried very hard to accommodate our schedule, and did an excellent job power washing our back deck and walk way. The gentleman who preformed the work was on time, professional, reviewed the areas that needed to be cleaned and let us know when he was done. I would not hesitate to bring Crystal Blu Power Wash back again.

Went well. Showed up on time, performed work quickly and efficiently, had me check the work and redid a couple of areas that I felt needed a little more washing. Overall good job.

Russell came out and washed exterior of my home and patio. He did a great job, very thorough and professional. He also walked me around the home after he was finished to make sure I was satisfied with the results. I would recommend this company as they are reliable, professional and easy to work with.

It only took him about 30 minutes and my home looks great again.

That was a waste of my money. They came out, they didn't notify me that they were coming out, they just kind of showed up and didn't really clean my gutters and I had to call and get them back out to clean my gutters and instead of cleaning them a second time they told me that it was going to cost me more money.

They didn't do the back patio. They were supposed to do all the work but they missed the patio so I'm not that satisfied. They didn't do the work properly, they missed it. Pricing was okay. My husband took care of the pricing. They were on time.

It did not go. I purchases voucher offer and set a time to have rep come and measure my driveway. We agreed on a price and set a date for work to be done. When another tech arrived to do the work, I was given another price. I sent that tech away and called original rep. Again we set up price and time. Another tech arrived for appointment and said he could not do driveway for the price I was quoted. Sent him away and received a refund for my voucher from Angie's List.

MY APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED FROM 12 TO 2 PM. DAVID WAS 10 TO 15 MINUTES EARLY FIRST TIME THATS EVER HAPPENED WITH ANY COMPANY GREAT WAY TO START OUT. ONCE WE DISCUSSED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE DAVID WENT TO WORK HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A THOROUGH JOB. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS AND WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

They set up appointment immediately, showed up promptly, did the wash to our specifications. They will get next house washed. A++++
