Very good. Used Angie's List coupon so the price was right; Crystal Blu responded right away, scheduled the pressure washing appointment, showed up on time and did a quality job. Kudos all around. (Rated A on price because we didn't get up-charged unexpectedly or up-sold on anything; since I used an Angle's List coupon, I don't know what their normal pricing is).

I'd say about 70 to 80 percent of it, they did great. The other 20 percent they kind of got sloppy on and left streaks. Most of the driveway, they did a really good job on. Some of it, it was like they didn't put an effort in. They could have not left streaks. I think they were on time.

They lied about the price they were going to charge, did not do the work when they showed up to do the job, and when they came back the second time they told me it was not possible for them to do the job because they did not have the right equipment. The owner called and got mouthy with me. I would not recommend him for anything.

Turned out very well. They did an good job. They were polite, did an thorough job. They asked me to inspect the job, to make sure it was ok. They were courteous, and have great customer service skills.

It was fine. The work was adequate. I don't think they did as good a job as they could have. I think they had a time restraint, x number of minutes with each customer. The gentleman that did the work was very nice so I don't fault him. I think it might be a company problem.

I was very pleased with the service that I recently recieved from Crystal Blu. Last year i had pressure washing service done and the tech did a wonderful job. He informed me that the company also provided yard clean up. I scheduled to have my leaves done this year and to remove debree from the hurricane. The tech came right out and left my yard looking nice again. These guys go above and beyond. Not your ordinary pressure washing company. They are so much more!!

He climbed on the roof and checked my gutters and they were clean so he didn't really clean them. I was pleased with the service, but I was actually expecting to get some cleaning done.

They were prompt,,, came next day after I called. They called to announce their arrival time. They removed all patio items performed job, then hosed off and replaced all items.

I contacted them by phone after seeing them on Angie's List, scheduling was easy. They did a good job on the pressure washing.

We now have a beautiful White House once again. Tyron and Marquis did a very professional job one day after calling for service. They were detail oriented and great to work with. Will call them again next time.

I had never had the sidewalks or driveway cleaned in the 25 years I lived here, so they were in very bad shape. When the city of Raleigh came through smoothing out irregular edges, I saw how dirty they were. The Crystal Blu technician was very professional and interviewed me to be sure of the extent of the job. He worked quickly and got the sidewalks, driveway and patio cement looking great! I took advantage of an online sale offer, so I got a great job done at a fantastic price.

Poorly. Dirt, grime and spiderwebs left everywhere. Owner and technician acted like we were asking for too much by requring them to do their job. Horrible experience all the way around.

I purchased a big deal for home, deck and driveway washing. i was called within a couple days to set up an appointment. Dave called later and told me he had to reschedule for the next day. The next morning Dave came out, was extremely friendly explained to me how the process worked and how long it would take. i asked that he also wash both front and back porches. we agreed upon a great price. I left for work and came back to an absolutely great looking job.

Service was efficient and did a good job cleaning. I did end up with "gunk" on my plants and yard ornaments. Had I been home, I could have wash it off with a hose but it dried and stuck around until a hard rain.

It was fine. It was average. I thought the price was pretty reasonable.
