Crystal Blu Pressure Washing

Went great. No issues. They actually arrived early and called prior to arrival to make sure that was ok. Will be hiring again.

There was a snafu with the schedule, but Tyrone came out on a Saturday morning and easily rectified the situation. I wish they had a sign that I would have probably posted in my front yard to let all my neighbors know why my house looks so much better than theirs!!! LOL! Thanks Tyrone and Crystal Blue, I will be hiring you again!

Initially I was skeptical that the surfaces would get clean enough since Crystal Blu does not use the typical cleaning process and materials. They both turned out fine. Then I was distraught when wet leaves accumulated on the driveway a few days later leaving brown stains. Within a few weeks those stains also washed away (I assume there was residual cleaner on the surface). Almost six months later, the driveway still looks great! I would definitely use this service again.

Great job. After my asking a few questions, I clearly felt he knew his job well. This is the 2nd year I have used them and would highly recommend them again.

He did a great job on the stone patio. He also recommended power washing my concrete driveway for double the charge. But the brick steps he was supposed to do was hardly washed at all, even after my request to do it over, it was very hasty and poorly done. My complaint was the dirty water pooling near my back door after he washed the driveway. I had to clean out the black residue after the water subsided when he didn't return as requested. But he did come back 10 days later after I already did the clean up myself.

It worked out pretty well, but they couldn't get enough pressure to get up to the chimney. She said it was the filter on my well pump. Other than that, the pressure washing went well. The lady laid the tool down on the lawn and it was seeping the pressure wash mix and it killed about a square foot of grass, but I don't know that I would totally trash them for that. They did alright on pressure washing of the house and the driveway, but just couldn't reach the chimney and laid the tool down and I guess they didn't realize they could have sprayed that area and washed away the chlorine compound; but they didn't think about it and I didn't think about it.

Wonderful - my driveway was so clean and practically looked brand new again. My husband was home at the time and said the gentleman that came out was courteous and efficient.

Very well. The weather turned freezing for our first scheduled time but he was great about contacting us promptly and rescheduling. Very good communication from the first minute to the last. The house looks wonderful, and he didn't charge much to add on spraying our fence at the last minute. I would definitely hire again and have recommended to other people.

They were reliable and did a thorough job! Even went above and beyond by doing extra wash on the front and back porches! I'd definitely hire them again!

They were very responsive and set up the service right away and came and completed it. The larger areas of siding were well cleaned, but anything near or between the windows remained dingy looking with dirt that could easily be scraped away with a fingernail. I understand the need to avoid the windows with high pressure spray, but it just left the job looking half done. To be fair, I did not reach back out to them to correct this, as I was in a hurry to sell my home, and given their initial responsiveness I have a feeling they would have come back and made it right, but it would be best to have it done well the first time.

Tyrone arrived promptly, did a thorough pressure wash of the entire exterior of home, including eaves, soffits, and all siding. He made sure to rinse off all chemical residue within the recommended time so that there was no streaking left afterwards. Definitely recommend and would use again! thank you.

Very good job house looked very good. Only wish that the people did not use my water. I had a higher water bill then normal.

Extra cost applied to Angie's list deal because exceeded square footage of coupon. Overall, good job. Work was performed with little soap/chemical application. I would hire this company again, but ask/be more specific about the chemical product used and be sure it will clean/deter build up on the concrete surface.

We had our large vinyl home pressure washed and it had not been done for some time. My husband an I were worried that some of the siding would not come clean. But Tyrone did a excellent job and our home looks fabulous. Tyrone was highly professional and did an outstanding job. We are so pleased with the results. Many times we have dealt with less than professional business and it was very refreshing, to find such an excellent business we are very, very pleased with the results. We would hire Tyrone, again without hesitation and will recommend him to our friends and neighbors. The value for the cost which was very fair, was also outstanding.

I was extremely pleased with Crystal Blu. The representative was even more responsive than I expected. He contacted me after hours on the same day that I purchased his service through Angie's List. He showed up on time on the day that he promised. He was very pleasant and extremely efficient. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends.

The driveway and walk look MUCH better. There were, however, vertical streaks down the length of the driveway.

They did a very good job. Even though all of the work was performed outside the house, they still called to let me know that they would arrive earlier than scheduled; that may seem like an irrelevant detail, but to me it shows the level of customer support they provide. He spent a great deal of time pressure washing the house and driveway and was very thorough. He also tried to get the deck a little since it was included in the deal, but our deck is so far gone that it was a losing battle. After he completed the house and driveway he did a walk through with me to make sure I was satisfied with everything and offered to spot clean anywhere I felt wasn't done well enough. I didn't need to take him up on his offer because he did a great job to begin with.

Tyrone called and asked if he could come early, which he did. There was a slight rain falling, but that did not deter him. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. He used a large rotating surface brush, following up with a standard pressure wash wand. The results are terrific. What a difference! Tyrone was in and out of here in less than an hour, and I am very pleased with the appearance of the driveway. I will use Crystal Blu again in the spring to power wash the house.
