He didnt do a good job. There were still black marks between the bricks along with a few bricks.

It went well and quickly. Seemed a little pricey when the square footage was calculated but it was worth not having to do it myself. I was surprised to see how fast the work was completed.

Great! Driveway was longer than expected so we had to pay more than we originally anticipated but he cleaned some additional areas and did a good job in record time.

Scheduling was on and off as they wanted to come early and then could not make it.

The gentleman walked me around the house and described the nature of the work to be performed before he started the job. He worked quickly and left my property in neat condition. He discovered that the O-ring on his equipment had malfunctioned, informed me that he needed to get a replacement, did so, and returned to complete the job efficiently. I was very pleased with the result of the work and the professionalism he exhibited. I will use this vendor again.

They came and did a great job. Explained what and what not they would do and why. For example, the use of chemicals which could affect my paint. Will use again next time.

Because he didn't do it methodically downhill, it left some dirt that had been dislodged redeposited elsewhere. He broke one of my planters when he got it caught in his hose without even offering to replace the planter or deduct the cost from the bill. The additional cleaning, I felt was over-priced.

Crystal Blu came out for estimate. I was pleased with the price and project plan. Workers performed pressure washing same day. They did excellent work, paid attention to detail and I could tell they took pride in their work.

Tyrone came out within hours after I called about having services performed. We were in a hurry to get our house power washed so we get get it on the market for sale. He did a great job, was courteous and had me come out and inspect the work.

He communicated with us throughout the job to let us know what he was doing, things he was seeing, and asking any questions he may have. He did a great job cleaning our house, drive, and sidewalk. Everything looked brand new! I would definitely recommend and hire again!

Showed up on time. Only used water as house was not that dirty and I didn't want chemicals used unnecessarily. Good job done. I am very satisfied.

Crystal Blu was very responsive to my inquiries, answered all my questions, and was able to schedule the services for the next day. They cleaned the entire exterior of my home, including the siding, windows, covered porch, and deck. They also cleaned the pine straw (some, not all) from the roof, cleaned my HUGE U-shaped driveway and "cleaned" my wooden deck. I would have rated them an A in all categories, but my roof still has a large amount of pine straw on it, and my deck doesn't look like it has been touched. In the defense of the technician working on my home, he told me he would do "what he could" as far as cleaning the roof. I understood this and will be hiring a roof cleaning company tomorrow. He also said he couldn't power wash my deck, and only sprayed a cleaner on it. Overall, I am pleased and I would definitely hire them again. I think the price is a bit high, but since I am new to having a home with siding and surrounded by pine trees, perhaps it was a better deal than I thought.

My second time using this company and they have been punctual and performed work to my satisfaction both trips out. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Vendor arrived early. We discussed what I needed done and any areas that were most important to me. He proceeded and when he finished he went over the job with me. He pointed out an area, that I was not a\ware of, where the tree need to be pruned as the branches were leaning against the house. I was very satisfied and would rehire.
