I initially purchased the deal for pressure washing our driveway, sidewalk and patio ($69 for up to 2000 sq. ft) and was contacted immediately by Crystal Blu Pressure Washing immediately for scheduling. Tyrone showed upthe next morning and got to work. He also showed us that the paint on the HardiPlank siding on our 8 year old house was fading and suggested that it be pressure washed and painted. Charges for pressure washing the exterior of our 3000 sq. ft house (2 stories) were an additional $180, which I thought were very reasonable. I mentioned to Tyrone that I did not want to see any discoloration after pressure washing. Tyrone used a not-so-strong chemical and pressure washed the house at least 2 or 3 times to ensure that he got all spots and there was no discoloration. He not only pressure washed the brick foundation of the house but also pressure washed the landscaping bricks. All this was done in less than 90 minutes. Quality of work and cleanup was A+.

The cleaning solution was applied to the entire house (4sides) before starting the clean and rinse. He acted like the he wanted to get the job done the fastest he could. He started putting his things away immediately and before I inspected his work.

Great, I purchased deal Saturday afternoon, The job was done Monday.

They ended up doing a pretty good job, it wasn't perfect. He forgot one of the patios but came back to finish it. He left standing water with mud in another place but it took me a little work to get rid of the muddy water completely.

Actually, they showed up right on time and started the work immediately. I went about some activities at home and in very sort order the doorbell rang telling me he was finished. Honestly I was so surprised he completed the job so quickly. He asked me to view the job before leaving and I felt the job was perfec.

I bought the special to get our driveway and walk done for cheap. I wasn't expecting much, since the reviews seemed mixed. I was particularly worried about getting it done promptly, since we are listing our home and had a deadline. I've had a great, positive experience. First, the price was a great deal. Then Sharon worked with me through a couple of date changes, with always a cordial response. I got a confirmation call a couple days ahead of time. When the day came, the young man Chris who did our work was prompt, cheerful, and professional. We asked for a price for an additional project (a small wooden bridge) which he did for $25 no problem and very carefully. I absolutely recommend this company. I am so pleased.

The problem was, they kept postponing the date and would give an excuse as to why he could not come. He postponed 3 or 4 times. He pressured me to purchase more. I had to call him several time.

I purchased the $89. for 1000sq. feet of pressure washing plan & paid an additional $40.00. The men who did the job were friendly and nice, but left debris on the walls of my home, trash receptacles, gate, etc. Algae also left on the walks. They were nice but probably would not use again.

Technician arrived a little late but not a problem. On completion majority of the 2nd floor gutters remained dirty, they look as if they have not been touched (maybe not enough pressure to reach). Definitely would not use again.

It went great. They were here on time and did a really thorough job. Instead of just cleaning the guttters, they ran water through each gutter to make sure there were no clogs. Our house has not looked this nice since we moved in!

excellant job and service. They had to reschedule, called in advance to do so, not like some co's who leave you hanging on.

It went well, most stains were removed. The driveway and paths were heavily stained with mildew. The pressure washing removed most of the stains and brightened them up. My only complaint is that a soapy, filmy residue was left on most of my windows and doors.

Overall a very good job and they were fast. It took a two man team a little under two hours and I have a fairly large home. Extremely responsive and they performed the work within days of me initially contact them. Since I had multiple things done they gave me a bundled price which was very much appreciated. I would use them again.

The young man arrived on time. Explained the process and the pricing. He got to work and performed an excellent cleaning job without any fuss. I would gladly use them again.

Crystal Blu came on time and began working. But several areas were skipped, although I could not tell when they left since the driveway was wet.

Results were good. Technician was proficient, professional and courteous.
