Crystal Blu Pressure Washing

Everything went great. I bought a big deal and they called me within a day to schedule. The service man came the on the scheduled day (gave me a call early to give me an ETA) and we discussed additional work. I was quoted a reasonable price and ok'd the work. I went to work and came back and everything looked great.

They did a great job cleaning the house. The only item on which we'd fault them is killing a few small plants on our front porch.

Looked good, but didn't realize would not include some parts of exterior when purchased. Also, Truck left with much more water than it arrived with.

Tech measured the widest part of the drive times the length to get square footage...not at all accurate. This added $25 to the cost. Very unscrupulous. I didn't argue...I just won't hire again!

Great! I got an email immediately after I purchased this "Deal". We were able to schedule the appointment for several days later, on a Friday, from 2-4. On Thursday I got a call that there had been a cancellation and could we reschedule it for noon. That was fine. On Friday, I got a call that he could come as early as 10:30 if that worked for me. Even better! Zach was prompt, got right to work and cleaned my 2-story house. It's amazing how much better it looks after spraying away the dirt, bugs, and spider webs. I expect I will be using this service again when it's needed.

We had a set time. They called me that morning to tell me when they were coming. They called me later to tell me they had to reset that time but it was still for the same day and he asked if it was okay. He was really good about that.

I contacted Crystal Blu about pressure washing our house and they were able to come out that same day. They called ahead to let us know they were on the way and then arrived when they said they would. Chris did a fantastic job and even let us know about some siding on the chimney that was an issue. We plan to use them again next year when we need pressure washing done again. I highly recommend them!

Fine - they were responsive and professional

We took advantage of the $98.00 service for 1,000 square feet that was listed on your website. Nobody could beat that price. It was perfect. The cement looked brand new. They're terribly busy with their $98.00 deal. At the beginning, it took about a week, but we were in no rush just to do the cleaning of the driveway and patio. It could've been done in a month and it wouldn't have made any difference. They did as well as they could possibly do. they just don't power wash with high-pressure hoses. \They use what is known as a scrubber, which gets the, I can't describe it, it's like two great big round brushes on this machine that they use, and that just absolutely cleans very difficult stains from the driveway or sidewalks. The first impression was totally professional. We had used them before, so I knew exactly what they were going to do.

Used this company in the past, a pleasure to use them again.

Chris and his partner did an outstanding job power washing my driveway and even did an extra place because my driveway is rather small. I would certainly hire them again. Very pleased.
