CPM PAINTING

My house needed a lot of work. His team did a great job. This is the second time he has painted my house. I expect to use CPM Painting in the future. The cost was as quoted and agreed.

As I mentioned above, the results were amazing (think Flip this House or similar show on TV). For what had to be done this price was VERY reasonable! We ran into lots of issues once the project got started and Kevin handled them all. What he couldn't do (which wasn't much) was done by contractors he knew would deliver results that met his standards. I have used Kevin's company before for my own home and have always been completely satisfied. Kevin obviously holds himself and his team up to high professional standards. I've rarely seen a whole team where each person worked so hard.

I have used Kevin for painting before. Once for painting the entire interior ofmy residence and latter painting of the entire exterior of the same house. In both cases we were entirely satisfied in all categories in Angieslist . We instinctively called him when we need the restoration of our attached deck. It was previously stained and we decided to paint it this time. The job was completed as expected. Some re-do was required due to ourchandge in choice of colors. Entirely our fault on this factor. Kevin reacted as expected and re painted the floor portion. We would choose Kevin for any painting requirement!! Use Kevi9n and his crew and you will be satisfied.

Painted the outside of my home, trim and siding, powerwashed and stained my deck. The following year ,The interior of my home was painted as well after 14 years, new colors, fresh trim made it look new again! He covered my hardwood floors, carpet furniture, took great care with all.

After getting several estimates, I selected CPM due to the professional manner displayed by Kevin Cook and his responsiveness to all questions. Kevin and David arrived right when scheduled and began working immediately. They power washed the entire exterior on the first day, took all shutters down, replaced the siding on 3 dormers, and some trim that had decayed wood due to previous flashing problems. Allowing the siding to dry overnight, they scraped all flaked areas and sanded as required afterward. All siding received a primer and two coats of Sherwin-Williams Super 100 paint. The windows, shutters, doors and trim were painted with oil-based satin paint. All windows were cleaned after the paint had dried. The shutters were replaced and a complete clean-up afterwards. They met their estimate without overrun or unexpected costs. I certainly intend to use CPM on all future interior and exterior painting needs. I have already recommended CPM to friends.
