Wonderful job and really like Julie

We use them twice for two different houses. They were recommended to us by our realtor who was selling our house. About six years ago they did the punch list for us to sell our house. After 4-5 years ago after finishing the third floor of our current home. The husband of the company does most of the finished work like carpentry and drywall. The wife of the couple does painting.

The work went very well. They did a very neat job. They were very meticulous and cleaned up everything. They did a good job. They took a little longer but that was fine. She works by herself. I would use them in the future.

Julie Genther at Cornerstone Diversified has performed several jobs for us in the past. For this particular job, we were looking for drywall repair and painting in preparation for putting our home on the market. Julie has great skill in correcting our previous "home-spun" attempts at drywall patching and in generally making the whole place look great without costing an arm and a leg. She is very willing to customize the job for our needs in order to keep the costs down (e.g., did not tell us we needed to paint the whole room when just a little patch work would do; used our own leftover paint when possible rather than charging us for new paint) and did an above-and-beyond job of matching colors for old paint. Highly recommended!
