I came outside just in time to see a Cooper Pest Control technician push the snake down her driveway to the street. He then tossed it across the street into the gutter next to our house. When I asked him if he was just going to leave it there, instead of dispatching or capturing it, he said "It's on public property now. It's not my problem." By the time I got my husband outside to capture it, the snake had gone into our bushes. When I told the technician I was going to tell my neighbors not to use their services, he replied, "Good. Go ahead." I am an elderly woman and my neighbor is a widow. I hope for her sake the snake doesn't try to come back into her home. If Cooper is not equipped to deal with large snakes (this one was well over 15" long), they should have said so. That man didn't solve the problem. He just shoved it off onto someone else.

I have been using Cooper Pest Control for 20 years. They come quarterly. They have always been professional, polite, and friendly. If I see bugs after their visit, I simply call and they will come out and spray again/more for that target pest. I highly recommend them.

They are always very courteous and professional. They inspect for termites and any other bugs. They even take my calls and answer my questions when I find a strange bug in or near my house.

Pest control is always tough because unless you have pests it's hard to measure. They do allow inspections without contracts, which is nice. They seem to knowledgeable and reliable.

I spend about $60 for their service. They are extremely easy to work with. If you notice any other bugs that come in or if you have any other problems, you can call them. They are very prompt. They come and fix the problem. They are a family owned business and just great people. I have been using them for 4 years now.

They were terrific. Their estimate was significantly less than another company I had gotten one from for both the termite prevention and the moisture barrier. Annual reinforcement of the treatment was a little less, too. They showed up on time for both the estimate and the appointment and got what they needed to get done quickly. And they didn't try to pressure me into getting quarterly treatment for other pests (didn't even mention it in fact).
