I hired them to repair my refrigerator because it was not getting cold enough. The technician ( Anthony ) came in and looked at the refrigerator and was able to repair it without using any parts. He only charged me $195 and it was fixed promptly. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and he was ON TIME! I would definitely call them again if I needed to.

The service was great. They had good response time in coming to repair the TV in my home. The techinician was very knowledgable and handled the repair in less than an hour.

The size of the T.V. was 52 inches. It was getting close to keep the T.V. and buy a new one. Nowadays we can get a pretty good size T. V. for $1000 or less depending on the brand. Unfortunately, we followed it through because I ended up paying for repair time, which I think, was $200 for this time. What they found out was that they had to replace the power board and that was $300. In the end, they had to replace. I thought we could have bought the board separately and replaced it. They repaired the T. V. and it’s back and it’s working. It certainly costed a lot more than I anticipated. It took way longer than I anticipated; weeks instead of days. They repaired the T. V., it got repaired but it took way longer than it should have. In terms of price, I understand the price and the cost of the parts and stuff. It was not really a happy experience about the price. Like I said, it was getting close to just keep the T. V. and I would buy a new one. Their quality was all right. In terms of punctuality, the first time the guy came out to do the work, he was punctual but after that a week went by, a week and a half went by. In terms of professionalism, the people I talked to were nice enough but they never returned my calls, I was always the one who had to call to find out what was going on. I would not use their services again in the future. They would be the last one I would get to do it.
