+ -1 moreMr. Coman is a very competent and calm professional who instilled confidence in this anxious first-time homebuyer. He took the time to explain different components of the electrical and heating systems and described problems to be repaired in a clear and easy to understand fashion. He pointed out ways to maintain various aspects of the house. I felt that he was very thorough with the inspection. He was prompt in returning calls and followed-up each inspection with an emailed report. Reports were very detailed and helpful.
Description of Work: Mr. Kim Coman conducted a structural and mechanical inspection of a home that I have since purchased. He also conducted a follow-up inspection because we had requested that some repairs be made before we purchased the house. The follow-up inspection was an additional $150.
