College Hunks Hauling Junk & College Hunks Moving

Description of Work: The only reason they received a "B" in quality is because they forgot one A/C that I had marked to haul away. But they were very responsive when I let them know and have called me several times to try to schedule a pickup the second time around.

Description of Work: Called for help. The young lady I spoke to said she would call us right back with a time and date. Never heard back. Big FAIL!

Description of Work: Mr. Roper gave me an estimate over the phone for a move in Raleigh. His estimate was good and he was very pleasant on the phone. After getting additional estimates I asked him to come over and give an accurate estimate which he did. I have moved most everything out of my house and there was not much to move. He gave me an estimate and we agreed to move the same week. Today, one day after agreeing to the move he calls me and says he can't do the move for the price he quoted based on 3 hours. He said he "heard" the apartment I am moving into takes 5 hours! Apartment has huge loading dock and freight elevator. I have moved most of my entire house in myself and had no such delays. Mr. Roper was all about Christian goodwill and I trusted him and made plans accordingly including taking time off work. I now must find a moving company on very short notice. He is not to be trusted and his professionalism is non existent. When I told him on the phone that he was leaving me in a very difficult position he hung up on me!

Description of Work: I booked the service online for a date in April but then I needed to change the date; I phoned and was able to easily change the date with the operator who assisted me. I estimated the cost based upon the guidelines in the website and came out with the same amount. On day of service I received phone call regarding approximate arrival and they did arrive within the booked 2 hour time period. Kevin and Levi were the haulers. Kevin is from the Florida headquarters and is assisting this franchise for a period of time. Kevin gave me some information about the company and quickly gave me the cost for the removal of my things - and it was approximately what I had estimated as per their website guidelines. I went ahead with the service and Kevin and Levi quickly and efficiently removed all items. If I had any complaint, it would be that my very light colored carpet got some dirt on it - so if the items to be removed are inside your home, you may wish to ask the haulers to be careful of carpets. However this would NOT prevent me from using them again - they were very good.

Description of Work: I have used them twice for hauling things away. They tell you when they are going to come and they are done as fast as possible.
