I would avoid dealing with these people - unfortunately for their workers.
Description of Work: II used this service for about a year and half - on two occasions when I needed surgery. They charge $75.00 pr visit and I used them semi-weekly. They do very basic stuff and depends on which cleaner they send. I found the owners very difficult to deal with and felt very sorry for their workers who seemed to be afraid to speak up for fear of being fired. The cars they had to use would break down, they were not allowed to have a cell phone - so if something happened, like an accident - which did happen, they could not abandon the company cars to find a telephone. They women were always very polite and were always willing to help - but were afraid to do more if were found out and got into trouble with the couple that run this agency. As much as I miss the ladies who came to my home - I could not continue to support this agency - who never would return my key!!

We called this service to do an estimate on cleaning our home before our move in date. While most other cleaners have a flat or an hourly rate, this provider wanted to do a walk-through of our home to provide an accurate estimate. I appreciated the detail. After we performed the walk through, I received an estimate a day or two later. The price was almost $500, which was significantly more than everyone else I had called. I was still considering this provider and I asked her to send me a detailed estimate of what we were being charged for. She said that she would send it over but I never received it nor did I receive another phone call. She seemed nice but we ended up going with a different provider that did a great job and was much less expensive. Her resistance at giving me a detailed estimate raised a few eyebrows (two, exactly).

We did review this potential clients comments and found that we not only did a personal on site estimate and review for this potential client but we also followed up with this client at work after completion of the estimate .The estimate and information was in fact completely reviewed with her as is our policy at the time we personally met with her and as a result of a FOLLOWUP PHONE CALL TO HER the information she requested was AGAIN submitted to her via fax to a work number she provided to us ..Verification of the forwarded faxed information was reviewed in our office to insure that it was in fact sent to her..We are sorry that the information was not recieved from her work place..As to the estimated charge for homecleaning ,her estimate for home cleaning (including several non standard items) was substantially less than the amount she stated and is currently on file in our office.. Quite possibly in the hustle bustle of moving as this individual was doing ,there was confusion as to who provided which estimates and/or the receipt of information and we are sorry to ever lose any potential business .
