Formerly Wilson West Agency. Look up their reviews. They are dishonest, remove tenants work orders without completing them. Charged me for repairs that weren't done & turned my rental properties into bug infested slums. Hen threatened to sue me if I posted bad reviews.

I was going to be stationed overseas and I requested them to manage a piece of rental property for me. The team at the office explained how they would help us determine market value, market the property, interview the tenants and do the background checks. They also coached us on tenant selection. There was some upfront money and they draw off 10% of the rent. In the end our house was only on the market about a month. The tenant was ideal for the property, they agreed to the rent amount. Since then we have received clear concise monthly statements. I arranged to have some upgrades to the property and they used their network of handy men to take care of the issues. They then took the money out of the money coming to me. At the end of the first year the tenant renewed the lease for another year. Each month we get our profit from our property deposited in a timely manner. At the end of the year they were provided all the TAX information we needed. I was almost in awe of how easy this was. If I had another property to rent I would utilize Clark again. They are locally owned and are small enough to handle the small property owner and large enough to know their way around the Raleigh Real Estate market.

The last tenant was planning to renew his lease and decided at the renewal deadline that he would not. Clark Properties found a new tenant, qualified her, and there was only a 10-day period when the property was not rented. Outstanding service in a down market.

Wonderful at pre-screening potential renters. Made suggestions about what I should do to make the property more "rent able" and had it rented within the time period they had thought (even in this depressed market) at the price I needed. They have handled any tenant issues, making any repairs the tenant requested while contacting me only if the request is unusual or expensive.
