Lousy customer service. Never answer phone calls or return missed calls. Lied about the cost in their estimate. Untrustworthy and rude. Sales people were pushy and aggressive and became combative when my wife said she wanted time to think about their offer.

Contractor that installed the window did very sloppy work. It also took a extended period of time for the contractor to return to make corrections to the window trim. Customer had to call the Raleigh office several times to get this problem corrected. Great window but very poor presentation!!
