It went very well. They were excellent. I booked them based on feedback I saw on Angie's List and they were wonderful. They cleaned up good and were there right when they said they would be.

They arrived on time to do the services asked of them. They were professional while they worked. They were courteous and kind. I would use their services in the future. The quality of their work was good.

Great! He was right on time. He diagnosed the problems right away and completed the repairs very efficiently, quietly, and neatly. He had all the parts and tools he needed in his truck. Removing the garbage disposal probably was not pleasant and certainly messy, but he did a great job. We are very pleased.

They were superb in every aspect. I have used them for several years. They always arrive as scheduled, know their plumbing trade and offer reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I thought that they were very accommodating. The replacement went simply fantastic. They were very accommodating in the scheduling and very prompt in response. They returned all of my calls very quickly. I had no problems with them at all. I would highly recommend them.

The plumber, Cecil, was really on his feet. He came out quickly when called and was able to fix the dishwasher, I do not know what he replaced and was finally the one who found the backward garbage disposal. After he left, everything was running as it should. The cost of the part for the dishwasher was covered by insurance due to a flood, we paid only for labor.

The rep who came out was not the one who did the work, but I was very impressed with him - very nice person, he suggested for me to get more estimates from other companies and was very helpful. I talked to him about a future job and he had suggestions and pointers on that as well.

They were prompt, efficient and competent people. They came out when they said they would.

I was impressed throughout the process with their honesty and the quality of the work. When he came to give me an estimate, he dug around the meter box to see if the leak was there to avoid digging up the whole line. And then after he gave me the estimate, he told me to go ahead and get a second opinion. I did and the Cecil Davis one was considerably less plus their plans seemed to call for a lot less damage to the yard. The day they came and did the work they were very thorough and very upfront about any possible issues--such as a dead, unmarked cable wire that was cut and a French drainage hose no one knew about--and how they suggested handling it. When they had to take the trencher through a portion of my neighbor's yard, they even called me out to watch and make sure there was no damage done.

Friendly professional person answering phone and making appointment. Excellent service by plumbers who made service call.

Called and lady who answered the phone was extremely polite and accommodating. They came out the next day , gave me a time slot between 1:00-3:00pm and called 20 minutes ahead of time that plumber was coming out. Arrived around 1:30pm and left over an hour later. Was also so kind as to adjust my water pressure valve to get a little better pressure. Polite and friendly gentleman. Have to monitor the water spot for any changes. If this repair does not solve the problem I have to have the caulking of the shower enclosure inspected/renewed because there is some mold visible under the caulking. If that does not solve the problem we have to open up the wall behind the shower.

They had excellent service. They came out within one day of calling them. They are very professional and timely!

While trying to install a new kitchen faucet, a leak was discovered. Call Davis plumbing Sunday afternoon, they called back first thing Monday morning, and arrived with an hour. Found the leak, replaced the bad valve and installed the faucet.

I called to make an appointment, and they were able to come within the hour and called me 15 minutes before arrival, so I didn't have to wait at home or anything. They were polite and the work they did was good. My only concern was that I had to pay them the hourly rate to go out and buy fixtures and materials that they needed, which were just basic faucet fixtures -- since they knew exactly what it was they would be fixing I think it would be more cost-effective for their customers to bring some of those things with them.

I received a prompt response to my call and an appointment was scheduled within 2 days. Plumber arrived on time and was knowledgeable and helpful in making recommendations. Gave several options for fixing the problem. I decided to replace the toilet, but because it was more convenient and less expensive to do this through the local ''home depot'' type store I did not use Cecil's for the job. This was no reflection on this company. They were polite, prompt and reasonably priced for the ''house call'' they made. I would use them again for plumbing service.

Plumber showed up on time and called before he came. He also had a helper with him. He performed quality work to my satisfaction.

THEIR SERVICE WAS PRETTY GOOD. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, AND CAME OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE WORK WASN'T THE BEST BECAUSE THE FAUCET STILL LEAKS OCCASIONALLY.

I'VE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS BECAUSE OF THE GOOD JOB THAT THEY DO. HE PIPES HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE THEY CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE. I WILL REFER OTHERS TO THEM BECAUSE I HAVE LIKED THEIR SERVICE.

I REALLY LIKED CECIL DAVIS PLUMBING. THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY ON A HOLIDAY. I CALLED OTHER PEOPLE AND THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT UNTIL TOMORROW BUT THEY CAME AS SOON AS I CALLED.
