They came a repaired the botched work done by an earlier contractor and they were much more knowledgeable and they did a great job. I have used them a few times now for various projects.

They were very prompt and completed excellent work. They were efficient, effective, and I was very satisfied with the work that they did.

They showed up and replaced the disposal and tightened up everything in there. They did a good job, were on task and finished on time.

Called to remove a stopped A/C drain line. Line went down the inside of a wall, therefore limited options, however they were unable to clear the stoppage. Provided no other options or assistance. An HVAC company came back to look at the problem and decided to tie to another line to fix the problem.

They did a really good job and we're really pleased with them. Everything was done according to what they said they would do. There was slight misunderstanding about re-pouring the sidewalk. They said that it was going to be the part of the quote but then they said it was going to be $350, so we said don't do it. However, they went ahead and did it and tried to bill us, but when we brought that up, he said don't worry about it, don't pay us.

I'll never know if they do good work. I called twice for them to drop by to give an estimate for sewer line work, giving both my name and address. I never heard back each time, so I won't be using them.

We were dealing with an emergency situation with water damage to attic, second floor, first floor, even to the crawl space. My home warranty company had this company on their list. While we were dealing with a big mess, Donna the office manager knew exactly what we were dealing with...she sent Harry who came in, fixed the problems with the plumbing so we would have no more leaks and we could have water again. He provided good service and in a timely way too! I would use them again. As a side note....to anyone who has a hot water heater on the third floor, you know its only a matter of time until this could happen to you.

I called Cecil Davis Plumbing to remove old shiney brass faucets and shower mixer from the master bathroom and install two new sink faucets and shower mixer in the brushed aluminum that I had already purchased. The plumber assigned to this job showed up on time and worked quickly. He was professional, neat, and very courteous, even reminding me of a coupon that I could use to save another 10% off the bill. This was the second time I have used Cecil Davis Plumbing once prior to this and I am well satisfied. They have a real secretary who answers the phone and takes appointments and answers questions. Their pricing is very fair compared to other plumbers I have called for quotes on various projects.

Please people, don't forget to get more than one estimate. This company significantly beat out another, nationally known company, with absoulutely no loss in quality. They gave me a quick appoinment, arrived on time, and were done quickly. Everything looks great. This company deserves a real 'A', not one of those touchy-feely-everybody-gets-a-trophy 'A's. This is the second time they've come through for me.

They were really nice, professional and not over priced, I will most definitely use them again.

The plumber diagnosed to problem within 10 minutes of inspecting the flow of water under the floor moulding. He found the leak in a hot water pipe that was coming up from the crawl space. The leak was located in the footer of the inside wall behind the washing machine. He told me how he was going to make the repair. He inspected the pipes from the crawl space. He told me he would be shutting off the water. He replaced the damaged pipe, restored the house water, cleaned up his area, and submitted the bill. Thank you for your polite manners and professionalism.

I called them to do a simple reinstall of a kitchen faucet, but I ended up buying a new faucet, so it was a little more complicated. Also, while he was there, I asked him to disconnect another line in another location because i had removed a cabinet that had a sink. He was courteous and wasn't at all annoyed that his job had changed without warning. He did the work efficiently and very well. I couldn't be more pleased. I had been searching for a good plumber or plumbing service for a long time. Now, my search has ended. I will always call Cecil Davis Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future.

They came in and did the work in approximately 3 hours. They dug a trench from the meter to my house and installed a new line approximately 80 ft. I was very glad I went with them as others had quoted to just run the new line and connect to the old one. they ran a full new line and brought the plumbing up to date so it would pass inspection and was safer. This was clearly much better even though it cost slightly more I am glad they ran a full new line and did it right.

Uneventful and very prompt replacement. They were very nice coordinating the gas line shut offs with other gas appliances in use inside the house.

We had a faulty urinal and had to shutoff water to the building. With a first-time call to Cecil Davis, a plumber was here within an hour and made the repair with a part from his truck. As a business owner I understand that things aren?t always able to be repaired quickly, but the person answering the phone made the effort to get it done.

I called to ask to have someone out to fix my plumbing problems. They were able to accommodate me with 24 hours. A plumber came out. He was punctual and professional. He was knowledgeable and quickly identified what the problems were and explained them to me. When he finished he went out to his vehicle to write up the invoice (this took ~10 min). He was able to fix all problems and write up the invoice in just under and hour and a half. I was in a hurry to leave my house so, I did not look over the invoice very carefully, but later on in the day, after further review, I saw that he had charged me 2 hours of labor. I called the office to explain that there must have been an error because he was at the house just under an hour and a half. The office person told me that sometimes they include a travel charge and that they were willing to send back my check and drop 15 minutes off the total labor charge. I was a little surprised to learn that a travel time rate would be equal to the rate of labor (and for a plumber, that's expensive!). Still, I appreciate them attempting to satisfy me. Was a little disappointed the mistake had been made to begin with. Hope my check is returned soon!

Overall happy with the quality and wok performed. I had a small leak in kitchen ceiling. Looked through Angies list and selected one with the good rating. This company did not disappoint. I was told upfront about the techician rate/hr which seemed high but the technician who came was very efficient despite the fact that it was not easy to access and fix the pipe in the ceiling.

The service was excellent and we have confidence that the work done will last this time!

I called Cecil Davis plumbing and requested information and approx cost on installing a new toilet in my house. The secretary gave me an estimate which sounded fair to me so I booked an appointment. The plumber assigned showed up on time and worked quickly, quietly and efficiently. I believe he was here about an hour and ten minutes total. My bill was about $10 lower than the estimate of $150. Very pleased with how smoothly this went, and that I got a real person in an office who quickly answered my questions and promptly booked an appointment for me. I am very, very pleased with the service I got and would highly recommend Cecil Davis plumbing to anyone w/o reservations.

It has been a great experience. They are punctual. I had to call them back because of leak. They assessed the situation but could not find the leak. They did not charge me for the service call and told me to call them again if I see another leak.

I had a problem with both toilets not working. I called Cecil Davis when they opened and they had someone out within 2 1/2 hrs. I was extremely pleased with such quick service. He found that the problem was not outside as thought. He had to remove one of the toilets to snake it and resealed it and even changed out the insides because I told him I had been having trouble with that toilet for a few years. He was able to unclog the line and now both toilets work great. I had mentioned on the phone that I did not know if water pressure was a factor because I have bad pressure in the kitchen. They told me that he would look at it and clean the areator(?) for free. He did just that and now the pressure in the kitchen is what it should be. They even gave me the 10% online discount because I had looked at the website instead of the 5% for Angie's List because it was a bigger discount. I will definitely use them in the future.

The plumber was able to come in two days to install a new sink and disposal needed after new counter top installed. [Installation had to be after the new counter had at least a day to let the epoxy set.] Harry was prompt and finished the job quickly (just under two hours). He added some caulk around the sink when he saw the fit needed to be a bit tighter to prevent leaks. I definitely recommend this company.

Called this company yesterday, when we found the shut-off valve for sink hot water would not turn off the water (delaying a counter top install!) The Davis company was able to fit me in the day after I called and in less than a half hour Harry had the valve replaced. Very professional and friendly.

Went excellent. Came on time. Very reasonable and cur.
