Description of Work: replaced hot water heater. Quoted 92.00/hr for labor, but would not give me an itemized bill, i.e. parts and labor after performing service. Prompt, and it works, but not happy with understanding how charges calculated.

Description of Work: The plumber was on time but only wantes replace items with new parts. the work he did so far was good . He was running back and forth to the truck and forgot one of the tools needed to do work but finish it manually. I had another leak with kitchen sink but again he wanted replace with a new faucet instead of repairing with a srew. my neighbor fix the leak with a replacement part quickly. anyway, I felt he wanted to make as much money quickly and seem to have a problem when I said to him not to fix kitchen leak. I hope the work he did with the outside water faucet will hold up, he said I have a 30 day period. Sincerely, James L Weeks
