Description of Work: Cary Granite staff were very helpful and easy to work with. We had kitchen and bathroom countertops replaced. They did the work quickly and the job quality was excellent.

Description of Work: They installed kitchen granite counter tops and two bathroom counter tops. |The installation went well. The guys that came were very professional and polite and did a great job. Joe Murphy was not there for the installation. I am happy with the final product, but the communication and the process before hand was not as great as I had hoped for. I think my expectations for customer service must be too high. I chose Cary Granite because of its high rating on Angie's List and all the good reviews they got, but if I had this to do over I would have gotten quotes from at least three vendors before making a final choice. It was several little things that made our experience less than great. One thing that really bothered me was when I called the shop one day and Joe's wife answered and sounded very much like I was bothering her by calling. She did not answer in a professional manner and did not even seem like she wanted to talk. I was stunned. I didn't know what to say. I actually asked her if she was busy because I thought maybe she was with a customer and she said no, she was doing book work so, hmmmm, not sure what that was about at all. It just felt very weird. BUT, like I said, in the end the counter tops look great so maybe that's all that matters.

Description of Work: new kitchen granite. They did a fabulous job. Had some tough corners, but it turned out great. The granite slabs on-site were some of the prettiest I seen.

Description of Work: Installed new granite countertops in our kitchen. We were very pleased with the quality of workmanship and the short amount of time it took to install the granite. Jimmy was very easy to work with. Excellent job!

Description of Work: The only comment I would make is I used my own plumber to hook up the kitchen sink. What they didn't tell me was that not all the parts used for hooking up the sink to the pipes was included with the free sink. Their plumber would supply those in the price, whereas I had to purchase the parts for my plumber to install. It still was cheaper than using their plumber. I would have liked to have known that up front.

Description of Work: Cary Granite put granite countertops in my kitchen and bathroom. They were great! The price was fair. They were very responsive. Jimmy Dean was helpful and knowledgeable. The installers were experienced. It went very smoothly and there were no problems at all. It looks wonderful!

Description of Work: We contracted with Cary Granite to put in the countertops and backsplash in our newly remodeled kitchen. They were outstanding! I don't know how it all could have gone any better. We also used the plumber and tile installer they recommended. Both were excellent.

Description of Work: Removed laminate countertops and replaced with granite

Description of Work: Cary Granite took out 3 old counters, a sink and stove top. They replaced it with Tropic Brown Granite. It was all done with an OG edge. They put in a new sink and replaced the stove top. The old counters and sink were taken away when the job was done.

Description of Work: They removed our old countertops and installed new granite countertops. I had Joe Murphy come out and give me an estimate to replace the island and countertops. His estimate was lower than the other estimate I'd gotten.
