My carpet does not look like it was just cleaned; I am going to have to call another agency to have it re-cleaned. The nap in the carpet has not returned to its original level. The areas that were more soiled than the rest of the carpet do not look like they were cleaned. They still have a soiled look, i.e., in the traffic area and in front of my recliner. I have had the rug vacuumed with a commercial cleaner, and the nap is still not even done by the people that do my routine housework. I am the only person that lives in this condo, and the rug is about 5 years old. (newly installed on 3/20/2017) The gentleman who did the rug was very professional, and it looked like he was doing his job the best he could.

the gentleman that came to do the cleaning was quick and thorough and honest about what he could and could not do. He was honest about a piece of our furniture which I really appreciated as others had just cleaned it and made it worse.
