I inquired about having my carpets cleaned via Angi and Mr. Earl was the first person to respond. He answered all of my questions and provided me a quote and I scheduled the appt. The night before we confirmed 10 am on Saturday 9/10. At 9:45 I received a text message stating he was on the way. Mr. Earl and his partner were prompt, courteous, helpful and respectful. They came prepared and even vacuumed the carpets before cleaning. It took them approximately an hour and they were done. My carpets are clean and smell fresh. Earl arrived on time after calling twenty minutes before to let us know he was on the way. They started work immediately by moving things off the carpet that we could not get to before hand. The entire process took about three hours and the carpet was clean and could be walked on in about a hour. If we need our carpet cleaned in the future Carpet Dryclean will be our first call.

Ron came out and did a great job! We have a rental with well loved carpets and 2 doggos. He got them to look like new! The smell was not overwhelming at all and I could walk on them straight away. He was friendly and showed up right on time and did great work and answered any questions I had along the way! Will definitely use again for future carpet cleaning needs

Mr. Laughinghouse was extremely accommodating of my tight time schedule. he arrived on time and went right to work on the really tough stains. When the job was completed the carpet looked brand new. He was pleasant and personable throughout the entire process. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have there carpets cleaned. Great work at a great price.

This is the second time I have worked with Earl and Carpet DryClean. He is very thorough, shows up on time, and is communicative throughout the whole process. I am the owner of two pets, and my upstairs is carpeted and needed a desperate cleaning. The carpets look brand new!

He arrived over an hour early with not notice. Rushed through the job, missed master bedroom closet, left fibers that I had to clean up. Did not spend anytime on a spot in one room. Brought up a tip - OMG. Not impressed with the quality of the carpet cleaning.

They were very helpful with the carpet. We had a bad coffee stain on the carpet and they tried very hard to remove it. I called they the next day or so and they came, worked on the stain again and advised as they left that I was to call them if they had anything else.

They did an amazing job !! So professional. The entire process was explained to me prior to them starting. My rugs look fabulous. It was so nice they were dry immediately and my furniture could be put back in place. The price was very, very reasonable.

I was skeptical about the 'dry clean' but it really worked and was dry in half an hour. It was amazing how much of my german shepherd he pulled out of the carpets.
