+ -1 moreI had been a customer of carpenters for 19 years. I needed more filters for my whole house rainsoft filtration system. I have now called Natalie at carpenters twice in the last two weeks. I spoke to her the 1st time and left a voice mail the 2nd time indicating I needed more filters for my system. The 1st time she pulled up my old orders and found the part number I needed. She failed to call me back as to when they would be available for me to pick up. When I called a 2nd time and left a message with my name and phone number no one ever called back with any info. I will never do any business with this company again.

+ -1 moreMy comments for them were all positive. The representative who came to tell us about it was very thorough and lots of helpful information. The young man who came to install it was just extremely dedicated and hardworking and we could hardly get him to take a break. They were very good. With the product itself we were extremely satisfied. It changed our life for the better.
Description of Work: I used Carpenter's Water Treatment Systems to install a full purification and softening water system.

+ -1 moreThe price was a little high, but the workmen were pleasant. I think you can get the same work done for a lower price elsewhere. I might use them again, if I can’t find anybody else.
Description of Work: We hired them in November of 2008 to get a re-bedding done for our water softening system.
