At Carolina In Home Flooring, our vision is to be a preferred residential flooring sales and installation company where quality is embedded in all we do. From sales to installation, we intend to professionally sell and install the right products at reasonable prices and commit to exceptional customer service standards. To that end, our mission is to ensure a simplified, value-added in-home buying experience, utilizing knowledgeable, committed and hard-working sales consultants whose purpose is to meet our customers’ needs through proper alignment of fairly-priced, appropriate flooring products. We will support this buying experience with responsive sales support staff and a dedicated team of professional installers who pride themselves in the quality of their work, one job at a time. Service went great.
Description of Work: They were very professional and responsive. I got my carpet in a timely manner and the installers were professional. I had some issues after the installation and they came out immediately and fixed them. I would use them again!

Description of Work: We had three rooms of carpet installed along with new flooring for a small bathroom and laundry area. .Martha came to the house and helped me select carpet and a new flooring for the bathroom, laundry room area. We were very pleased with the environmentally friendly Smartstrand carpet that they installed. The carpet installers were fast, erfficient and skilled. The bathroom flooring was more difficult that anticipated and when problems arose, Mike was great about coming to the house and redoing the entire job for us. We were pleased with the price and value of the flooring.

It went great!
Description of Work: Carolina In Home flooring installed laminate flooring in the kitchen and hallway of a rental home I own. The staff was very professional and nice. The mechanics arrived on time, and finished the job the same day. They did a wonderful job, it looks fantastic, and is hard to tell that it's not real hardwood flooring! I was very pleased with the entire process and would use them again.

Very good consultation.
Description of Work: I needed to find someone willing and able to repair the hardwood floor (for the landlord). Mike was immediately responsive and phoned to discuss the situation with me. He is fair and friendly, and the landlord will be scheduling the work in the future. I did not have the authority to complete the transaction but I have no hesitation referring Mike.
