Description of Work: Refinished all wood floors and added wood floor to a tiled area. Great job, had one issue with the newly installed wood floor but they corrected it in a timely manner.

Description of Work: Replaced carpet in a master bedroom with new hardwood floor. Also replaced the builders grade carpet in the walk-in closet with upgraded carpet. The floor is stunning.

Description of Work: They put in high quality hardwood flooring at the top of my stairs. About 250 square feet. Very nice installers who cared about getting it 100% right. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. I would use them again.

Came out for a second consultation when wife had momentary freak out and wanted to learn more about laminate. Service was provided efficiently and product looks great. Followed up with us afterwards.

Description of Work: Replaced carpeting throughout 2nd floor. Two bedrooms, bonus room and large upstairs landing with high quality laminated wood product. Work was performed in time estimated, as expected. Haul away and cleanup was thorough and prompt. I was dreading the disruptiveness of doing all of this in one day, but they made it look easy. The guidance provided on product was greatly appreciated. Finish detail work such as moldings and thresholds professionally done.

Description of Work: They carpeted our entire second floor. It went as smoothly as something that upends your life so dramatically can go! They were amazingly fast, and the work looks great. We're very happy with the result.

Description of Work: They removed old carpeting and installed new carpeting in our entire upstairs area. Two bedrooms and a hallway.....including closets. I love the new carpet. We had an issue with the installer bumping the wall with the carpeting and left marks in several areas but luckily we were having the painters come the following week to paint. Also the installer accidentally ripped a couch covering that I had and when I called the company to let them know about the accident they were able to allow me enough of a refund to cover the cost of a new couch slip cover. I would most certainly recommend them again. I love the color and the feel of the carpet and how well it is holding up.

Description of Work: We had a great experience with Carolina In Home Flooring from start to finish to replace our carpeting with beautiful real hard wood floors. Initial contact was made inmediately after our initial request, and Drew came out to our home to give a no pressure summary of the process and to measure for an estimated cost. But CIHF really shined in the inplementation of the flooring. Fidel and especially Renaldo were very gracious and accommodating in scheduling and working with us to give information on arrival and departure times to enable us to set our alarm system--as we were out of town during installation. So, obviously, we found them very trustworthy. They worked to perfectly match the new flooring to the existing hardwood floors despite not having the color information for the current floors. They cleaned up very well when they were done. The shoe molding looks great. The job is beautiful, flawless. We had a 100% positive experience. Description of Work: Received a phone call immediately after initial email .I explained that we were replacing carpet in anticipation of putting our house on the market & therefore wanted affordable quality carpeting . I asked for an evening appointment & was scheduled for the following week . Drew called me the afternoon of the appointment to confirm & arrived promptly . He was very professional & gave us great advice on refinishing our wood stairs also .We look forward to using Carolina flooring next month & will write another review . I have already recommended them to a neighbor !

Description of Work: Installed hardwood floor in the kitchen. |Everyone was very helpful, courteous and professional from Drew who came out quickly to the office staff and especially Hector, Fidel and Justin. They were meticulous in all aspects of the job and it turned out better than I ever expected. I will surely use Carolina In Home Flooring again.

Description of Work: Carpet in the family room no problems. |Hardwood in the office/bedroom looks good but very little effort was made to match existing hardwood flooring. To my knowledge no sample sticks were made for my input. This room doesn't open to the formal areas of the home so impact is minimal. However I'm not sure I would use them again for hardwood floors. All company employees were good to work with.
