I called to get a quote on replacing carpet in my bedroom (14x16) and closet (7x7) because we just put our house on the market and our bedroom/closet carpets have suffered due to our animals. After dealing with a pushy, annoying Empire Today salesperson earlier that day, it was very nice to speak with Martha, who was very pleasant, not pushy and very helpful. She offered to come out that day and view the areas to be replaced. She measured the rooms and showed me my carpet options. She was prompt and very efficient and said they could complete the work within the next week. Their prices were far less than what I was quoted with Empire Today. I was so pleased with the company and would highly recommend them and would surely use them in the future. We decided to hold off on doing the work until we received some feedback from a few showings. If we end up needing to do the work, we will use Carolina In Home Flooring.

They did a great job. It is 18 months later and the floors still look great. One of my dogs recently tore up a section of the carpet and they came out and repaired it for a very reasonable cost.

Fabulous. They come to you with the sample books so you can see them in the actual rooms. Very prompt device and follow through. Good knowledge of carpet and what kind is appropriate for room usage.

Project went very well. They were timely, professional and experienced. Small project (8 x 12). All completed perfectly in less than 2 hours. Removed carpet and pad, and disposed of it themselves. Well done!

They never followed up to our comments regarding how unhappy we were with the way our furniture was treated and sloppily put back during the installment, or about the large 'pic' that was found in the carpet after the service men left. The original write-up estimate was poorly done and very generic, and we had to request them to re-do it to include the price per square yard as it was not done beforehand? they just gave us a general price. Carpet now (1 year and 2 months later) has several pics in it, and it is a bedroom (so not as much traffic as other rooms in the house). Just wearing certain shoes, we can feel the carpet pic-ing underneath while walking.

They cost less than the big box stores and came to my house with all the rug samples. They worked with my price range and were easy to work with. The guy who did the hardwood was really good.

Wonderful! Extremely good customer service and they were even able to remove stains I never thought would come out! Loved his expertise and will definitely use them in the future.

The whole process worked well. The salesman worked with me to find a floor that fit our budget and the style we wanted. Installation was an easy two days. I very much appreciated their willingness to move to move appliances and furniture back as this saved a lot of hassle and money in movers. I was hesitant to call as I wasn't sure if they were a large company more dedicated to volume than service. Through the whole experience I never felt that way and enjoyed their customer service. I wish I had called them sooner.

Once I had chosen some options, she measured the area to be serviced and provided an estimate the very next day. I asked to see other samples, which she dropped off at my home for me to review at my leisure. It was all very convenient. They were able to schedule my service the same week. The crew arrived on time and were very professional. The crew lead, Oscar, was courteous and helpful, moving several of my things which I had not gotten to yet. They were quick, finishing in one day and left everything tidy. The floor looks great. There had been a miscommunication between Martha and me about some other carpet I wanted removed, so when I brought this to her attention, she took care of it immediately. Oscar called me about it the very same day and offered to come that day. It was taken care of promptly and at my convenience. I was very impressed and will do business with them again. In fact, I am choosing a carpet runner right now, which they will install and have plans to have flooring done in another room as well.

They were prompt, courteous, hardworking, honest -- it went great, and we love the results.
