They were wonderful, They came out within a few weeks of me purchasing the deal and I spent a hundred dollars above the deal amount. The stains have not come back so I'm very pleased. They used a steam cleaner.

Excellent service and results! Kelly scheduled our on-site visit with Drew very quickly. Drew was very professional and knowledgable. He helped us pick out the best hardwood floors for our needs, and also provided consultation on carpet and cleaning/conditioning of existing hard wood floors. The installation by Oscar went very smoothly as well. All in all it was a great experience. We plan to use this same company for future purchase and installation of carpet in our home. I highly recommend Carolina in Home Flooring.

It went very well. The video cabinet could not be moved enough to put carpet under it, so they built a custom plywood piece with cutouts for the a/c vent and stained it. We actually like it better than carpet since the cabinet is more moveable. They noticed we had cats, and suggested a slightly higher quality of padding in case the cats become incontinent as they get older. We thought the carpet install was excellent. It looks very smooth and nice. They did damage a wall during the install, but they paid to have it repaired and could not have been nicer when we discovered the problem and reported it. The only thing that could have been better would be to have known a more precise time for the install. We thought they were coming in the late afternoon, and they showed up in the morning. We will definitely recommend them to friends.

Everything was great. Drew came out to my house and brought me a ton of product samples. He was very knowledgeable and patient and helped us narrow down the selection based on what we were looking for in a floor. He was able to give an estimate immediately and then followed up with a digital copy via email. The price included removing current flooring, disposing of materials and moving furniture including appliances. The price was much cheaper than the two prior estimates we received from different companies. They were able to schedule installation on a Saturday within two weeks of us calling to schedule. Oscar and his installation team were very friendly and professional. The job was completed in one day and our floor looks great! Could not be happier with our experience with Carolina In Home Flooring. My only complaint is that I was not given a time for the installation on Saturday and had to wait to hear from Oscar Saturday morning. I was expecting them around 8 am (because I really had no idea what type of hours they typically work) and I received the phone call around 9:15 am telling me that they would be arriving around 10:15 am. Minor issue considering I had planned to be home all day - just slightly annoying since I am a planner.

Great. They were punctual and gave us what we wanted.

Excellent. The crews showed up at the stated time and were very hard workers. The majority of the work was done on 5-9 and they had to return on Monday to finish up which did not take any time at all. Any mess that was made was cleaned up by the work crew. As a matter of fact, we had to have a plumber come in since the new tile was not as thick as the original tile and the toilet was loose. Hector, the plumber was so impressed with the floor that I gave him Drew's information and the book they left me about the tiles so he could show his wife as they were in the process of redecorating their house. I plan on using Carolina In Home when I replace the carpets in the bedrooms.

I like the quality of the carpet, nothing compares. They also took time to visit my wife and I at our home to save a trip to their sower. The samples they brought, they brought a wide selection and so it turned out into something we like. So now we have a carpet in our home. My only reservations about this particular company is the workers tend to be less than careful in carrying in these rolls of carpets. Recently we had the whole interior repainted and had to follow up behind them so they could repair the paint marks left behind. They were responsive of taking care of the problems on the wall, so I commend them for that. I would recommend this company.

Drew listened to what I needed and why and he directed me to a specific product. I selected a laminate and specific color for my loft work area. Since its only been in place for two days, I can't speculate on the ultimate quality of the product or workmanship, but to my untrained eye, it looks good. The installation men (3) worked hard and dilligently. They actually came before Drew said they would, but I was ready with most of the furniture and stuff already moved to another part of the house. They moved everything else. They were respectful and listened to everything I had to say. The work itself was very noisy, but that's to be expected. They cleaned up after themselves. Drew is a very nice person and I felt comfortable with the installers also.

Excellent company that brought out the team of husband and wife.. already have a successful flooring company and this just added to their services! A+

Our adventure with Carolina In Home Flooring began with a phone call answered by Kelly. Kelly answered all of our questions and set up an in home visit with Drew. Drew arrived on time, ascertained what we were looking for and offered us invaluable assistance in selecting the type of carpet we wanted. On the agreed date, Jay arrived with his team of Luis and Alex to install our carpet. They were professional, polite, very neat and personable. They did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves and were very anxious that we were pleased. I can't say enough about the work Carolina In Home Flooring did for us from the initial inquiry from us to the finished job. All phases of their operation are top notch and we would definitely use them again.

Bought a $189 Big Deal for up to 1000 sq ft of carpet cleaning. Contacted the next day by Kelly who scheduled the appointment and went over in detail what was included in the Big Deal, the additional cost per square foot above 1000 sq ft, price for Scotchguard should I want that, policy for moving furniture, etc...very thorough. Also sent me a checklist via e-mail to get ready for the visit. Kelly called me 20-30 min before arriving on time to let me know they were coming. Kelly and Mike were very pleasant and professional. We walked through the house discussing each room, closets, and furniture. Mike measured the house and let me know the additional charge for my extra square footage (which I expected) and for Scotchguarding one room. They then vacuumed thoroughly and cleaned the carpets. They also cleaned the baseboards, which was unexpected and appreciated. Upon completion we walked through the house again and they discussed how each room went, spots they found, etc... The whole job took about 2.5 hours. Very professional, a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely use them for my "carpeting needs" in the future.

The quote process was very fast. Martha came out and measured for the carpet upstairs. Then we decided to repair or replace the manufactured wood downstairs. Martha came out again to measure downstairs. She had all her samples with her so we were able to decide what we wanted. Her quotes came back quickly which help speed up the process (we had tried to get a quote from another provider and it took over a week to get anything back). Scheduling and payment was very easy and fast. I worked with Kelly to set everything up. She called me the day before to remind me. Oscar's team took one day to install the laminate. They did a very good job and the floors look great. Alfredo's team came the next day to install the carpet. They also did a good job. The new floors look great. We would definitely use them again to do our floors.

I found special for Whole House Carpet Cleaning and deodorizing for California In-Home Flooring. Kelly answered my call and was very helpful especially answering my questions about timing their service with hardwood floor refinishing.

It went really great. When they came out for the estimate I had just 45 minutes until I had to go for another appointment. Drew was able to do the estimate and help us select the correct carpet for our needs all within the 45 minutes. I really appreciated the fact that he was able to work fast so I could make my appointment. The installation team came right on schedule and removed the old carpet and reinstalled the new carpet without any problems. The carpet looks great and the installation was great, no problems. Working with Carolina In Home Flooring was great and I would recommend them highly. I just wish all my contacts with other service professional's and services provided was as good as with Caroling In Home Flooring.

The experience went smoothly and was enjoyable from start to finish. Their sales rep brought carpet samples to my home which greatly assisted the selection process. The carpet installation is nicely done; I can't tell where the carpet was seamed and the carpet abutment to the hardwood and ceramic flooring looks good. The work crew worked efficiently, were pleasant and cleaned up the work space.

They were great they had really good customers services. They brought few samples to my home and I was able to actually look at pretty good sized carpet samples in the room.

I found the service on Angie's List. Purchased a whole house carpet cleaning. They called to confirm appointment the next day. The carpets were clean within 3 days and the house was ready to be sold.

They were good. They did a good job. The service that was provided was good. Everything went well. The only issue was that whenever he came out to bring samples, he kept bringing the wrong samples but we got it fixed and figured out and everything is fine.
