Description of Work: 1. The vendor tried to do minimum possible within his advertized discounted price. So, it was not actual discount. |2. Goof to meet Committed hours and actually did not meet it - | committed 6 hrs : 2 man (3 hrs each). | Both of the went to shopping for materials together, (thought that 1 work, the other shop, but no, both went to shop). Even with that, they did work just over 2 hrs each (that makes 4-5 hrs). NOT 6 hrs. |3. The work completion that they committed initially was not done. |Not all of them. Asked why, they said that lack of material. Which they estimated wrong initially then. |4. Won't use this team at all.
