Eric arrived as scheduled and was quite efficient in his task in/out in 15 min. quite pleased with company.

Cannot speak enough great things about Carolina Blind Crafters (they do an awesome job with "smart" shades that connect to Alexa!). Sarah and Ben were a pleasure to work with. This was our first new home, and we had no idea where to start when it came to installing window treatments. I didn't even know they were called window treatments, lol. Anyways -- we had several people come, take measurements, and then deliver quotes for the scope of the work. Their pricing was competitive, but one of the main reasons we went with them and not others was how responsive they were, and how great their Angies reviews were. It seemed like if any issues arose later, they would get addressed. We have had our smart shades (which connect to Alexa!), shutters, and blinds in for about 3 months now, and we couldn't be happier. We noticed one of the blinds had a small dent, and Ben went ahead and ordered a new one for us without any questions asked. We have had random follow up questions with them and they have always answered within 24 hours via email or text. Absolutely great company to work with. Also -- their wood shutter option is made just a few states away, which was really cool.

The shades are great! They fit perfectly and are just what we wanted.

From start to finish these guys were very responsive and communicative. Sarah came by as scheduled and took all the information in for all the windows and then relayed to us our options in a timely manner. The blinds took a few weeks to make (as expected) but they provided some temporary blinds since the home had no blinds and we needed to live there for a few weeks while waiting. Once the blinds were completed, they scheduled a time to install them. There was only one small issue with the side window blind at the front door, which wasn't really an issue because the blinds still closed, but one of the slats was loose. They took note of that issue and ordered a completely new one to replace it. Once the replacement was ready, they scheduled a time to come and install it. Great service. Highly recommended!

We contacted several companies in our search for blinds and shades. From the beginning Carolina Blind Crafters stood out above the rest. They were prompt in returning calls and showed up when they said they would. They were professional and friendly. They had the products we wanted at a fair price. One blind arrived with a manufacturing defect. During the install Ben found it and had a replacement ordered immediately. As soon as the replacement arrived he came out and installed it.

As new homeowners, we have recently reached out to many vendors for various projects, and our experience with Carolina Blindcrafters was much better than most. We've had vendors not respond and/or just disappear, never to be heard from again, even after agreeing to hire them. Sarah and Ben were very responsive from our first outreach for an estimate to the installation scheduling. My husband and I are very busy so we appreciate not having to "chase" or follow up repeatedly. Pricing was reasonable and their communication was excellent. I also appreciate they communicate via email - it is so much easier than phone calls/phone tag.

An excellent company to deal with. Everyone wonderful to deal with. My solar blinds are very high quality and block the afternoon sun in my kitchen.

The process went very well! We received prompt follow up for our request for a quote and my favorite part of the process was working with the sales consultant, Sarah to select the perfect materials for our project. I've never ordered blinds or shades before so seeing a sample book of about a thousand options was overwhelming. She did an excellent job helping me to select fabrics I was confident in and the results were beautiful. Ben's installation was professional and thorough. He offered to come back if we needed any tweaks at all - he was super quick and efficient and you could tell he was very knowledgeable and skilled in his craft. The pricing was competitive and we felt like we got a good deal for the work. We would certainly recommend Carolina Blind Crafters!

Sarah and Ben are the best people to work with! They did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it! I was in a time crunch and they worked very hard to help me get as close to my needed install date as possible. The shades are perfect and my husband and I are extremely pleased!

Customer service was a little painful at first, due to an unfortunate decision on the part of the vendor. Installation went very well though. Some minor manufacturing defects in the product. Probably should not have accepted a couple of the pieces. A design decision was made prior to the order to save us a little money that we were not too happy with.

We definitely enjoyed working with Carolina Blind Crafters. Heather was very helpful with picking out the right blinds and shutters, and there were a ton of options available. Ben and Eric did excellent, quick work getting everything installed.

Sarah did the measure and made great suggestions, offered pros and cons of various options, and while providing great advice, did not try to push me in any direction. Ben did the install, was very courteous and professional, did a great job. I am extremely pleased with the result, and the entire process went along exactly as they had told me it would, from start to finish.

Outstanding! From the very beginning with Sarah coming out to help us decide on the best solution through the installation with Ben and Ken, they kept us informed every step of the way. Ben offered to install temporary blinds in our home until our shutters were ready. Every time Ben came to the house or told us he would provide an update, he was punctual and did exactly what he said he would do (benchmark that against your next contractor/service provider). Ben and Ken were exceptional during installation, they explained everything and were very respectful of our home and furnishings.

Service was excellent! Sara came out at first to measure and see what I wanted. I pretty much knew I wanted plantation shutters in my dining room and they offer a very nice competitively priced product. I was unsure about what to hang in my back screen porch and she reviewed options with me. Sara was prompt with getting a price to me however I put it off for a time. When I called to let her know I was ready to go several months later, she honored her original quoted prices. Sara let me know the plantation shutters would be about an 8 week wait which was fine with me. I told her the install of the outdoor blinds and shutters could wait until the same time. I actually preferred that. Ben is their installer. He called to let me know the blinds and shutters were in and due to some personal situations I had to reschedule with him several times. He was great about it each time - just told me to let him know when a good time would be. The installation finally took place - he arrived when he said he would and it took exactly how long he said it would. I'm very pleased with how they both look. This company is definitely one I would recommend - highly professional, price competitive and very responsive to questions and concerns.

The estimate - very quickly Sarah called and scheduled the estimate. She did need to reschedule, but was very prompt about alerting me to the need, which I happily accommodated. When she arrived (on time) she listened to my needs, and outlined several options. The install - Ben, the installer, arrived on time, and was fast and efficient. I'm really happy with the end result, and plan on using Carolina Blind Crafters when I am ready to replace blinds in the rest of the house.
