Spent $560 to repair my AC, And they literally left it worse than when they started. It's now 90 degrees in my house and the AC was previously at least able to get it down to 80. And it's 75 degrees outside. This is just two days after the "repair" was complete. I call them and they don't get back to me with someone to repair it. Completely unprofessional, do not use if you have a choice.

Best service experience. Quality work, reasonable prices, and professional, courteous, and enjoyable to interact with them. We bought a 20 year old house. After 20 years, the system that Carlton Heating installed when the house was new gave out. We figured that they must have done well in maintaining the units to last 20 years so we called them to install two new heating systems. The president of the Carlton showed up and remembered installing the original units himself 20 years earlier. Quite an impressive story. We anticipate another good 20 years on these new units under the same care as the original units that were installed and maintained by Carlton Heating & Air Conditioning. We called them on a Monday. The President of Carlton showed up on Tuesday. They began work on Wednesday and were finished on Thursday afternoon. Most impressive service experience. The two installers were very courteous and knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend Carlton Heating & Air Conditioning.

Talked to them on Thursday afternoon and unit was repaired first thing Friday morning. Kelly in the front office was very good to work with. This was the second job they have done for me and I was very pleased with both. They will be my first call on any future HVAC system needs.

Our rented house lost AC upstairs yesterday. It was much later in the the day, so they couldn't come out to look at in. However, they arrived this morning and found the problem in a matter of minutes. The AC is back on and we didn't pay for it. Progress Residential contracts them and they should be extremely satisfied with Carlton Heating and Air!!

Provider came out and gave an estimate. It was better than any previous estimate for the same service with no hidden costs. Called provider on 28th in the morning to request service be performed. They were there that afternoon and had the service completed by 6pm. They performed all of the work agreed to and did not try to up sell anything during the service.
