 + -1 moreHe is retired from IBM. He is very knowledgeable in his expertise, which is targeting the home user and small businesses with IBM compatible pc's. He works in the North Raleigh, NC area but may go out of this territory. I really don't know. His business card claims Hardware Upgrades, Software Upgrades Hardware Repairs, Home Network setup, Web pages, Hosting your web, Removing viruses and worms and tutoring. He is reliable as to showing up on time, he is thoroughly honest and he is reasonable. I would rate him an "A" overall.
Description of Work: Contacted to fix VCR. It turned out I needed a new one.
