Description of Work: Caravan cleaned my 16 year old builders grade carpet. The two gentlemen did an amazing job! It looks like new, feels food to walk on (not stiff), smells good! The cleaners were very professional and helpful. Would definitely hire again.

Description of Work: I've used them a few times. The guy that comes does a superior job with the carpets. I once had a very difficult stain on an oriental carpet that they were able to get out. If I have an area rug they will pick them up, and then bring them back looking beautiful. They also clean the carpeting in the home; they’ve gotten stains and odors that no other company I have hired has been able to get out.

Description of Work: Professional, responsive and affordable. Carpet cleaning was very reasonable priced. He pitched a tile floor cleaner which was expensive and did not seem worth the money. Otherwise I thought they were great.

Description of Work: We took in an 8x10 Karastan rug for cleaning and repair. There was a little bit of fraying at two of the edges, casualties of when our dogs were puppies. In addition, I had purchased the rug in 2006 and while I had used an at-home carpet cleaning, I had never had the rug professionally cleaned.

Description of Work: I contacted Caravan about picking up several rugs in my home. They arrived promptly on the day we set. I discussed with Jason the rugs and my concern in cleaning them. They are all very old persians. He assured me that his company cleaned older rugs often and that they would take good care of all my rugs. I mentioned that I would be cleaning the den wall-to-wall carpet before the rugs were put back in place. He explained that Caravan also cleaned carpeting. My rugs were ready in less than a week. I called Caravan to come clean the wall-to-wall before the persians were put back in place. They cleaned the carpet and it looked brand new! They also cleaned my bedroom carpet expertly. The next day they delivered the persians. They took the utmost care in placing them carefully back in my home. The rugs look beautiful! The colors actually look better than when I bought the rugs.They pop! The rug pile is also so soft . They did a fantastic job in every way and I will absolutely use them in the future. You will not be disappointed!

Description of Work: We took in a 5 year old 7'x10' area rug which was made from nylon wall-to-wall type carpet with bound edges. It had been cleaned multiple times by typical carpet cleaning methods but never came out looking really clean (it's off-white) It also had suffered many urine incidents. Caravan actually washes the entire rug. It took only 4 days. They used a special urine treatment which cost $75 extra. The rug looks great and smells clean. The cost was almost as much as a new rug, but now we can keep it for several more years. (The dog had surgery for bladder stones so that problem is solved too!)

Description of Work: I had both a 5' x 8' and 36" round wool rug picked up from my home, cleaned and delivered when completed.

Description of Work: TOOK 2 fringed carpet runners and 1 --8 x 11 floral cut-pile rug for cleaning. All pieces are cleaned on site at Glenwood Ave. They removed a section of the backing that was damaged and re-glued. Very pleased with the appearance and there was no strong odor with the cleaning products. In the past, we have had a lingering smell for several weeks. I did not price or get quotes from multiple vendors-- the company came highly recommended from a personal friend in the furniture business---but I believe we received a fair price.

Description of Work: We took an 8.8 x 12 foot 45 year old Karastan carpet to the store for cleaning. Wayne had it cleaned and re-fringed in about 1 week. We also purchased padding when we returned to pick up the carpet. Very professional service and Wayne really is quite a nice guy, which made this experience quite pleasant.
