I spoke to the company right after I purchased their Big Deal to confirm the type of service they would be providing with the deal. I was specifically looking for them to perform a liquid treatment for termites and the person I talked to told me it was what was being offered. I was very clear and specific in my question and there is no way that it could have misinterpreted. The service I wanted would have required them to drill into concrete to deposit the chemicals, cover with concrete and dig trenches around the foundation to lay the chemicals as well. If there were unclear on the type of process I was asking for and whether or not it was what was included in the package I bought, the response would not have been "Of course this is what you want". I also specifically asked them if they'd be digging trenches outside the foundation AND inside the crawl space. Again, they agreed this would be completed. This type of service would have taken roughly 2 hours. They were on my property for 10 minutes. The only thing they did was come and sprinkle powder around the house and called it complete. They flat out lied to me about what service they were going to do for this package, knowing full well they were only going to use a powder instead of the liquid chemicals. I had requested a refund for the service to Angie's List but since this company has told them they completed the work in the deal, I can't be refunded.

Mosquito activity was low for the entire summer with 3 treatments, better than the previous 2 services we've had.

Our service from Capital Pest Control was VERY professional. I was impressed with their attitude during every visit and they were very thorough being sure to spend extra time spraying "problem areas" (under decks, in trees, bushes, tec.). We would definitely use them next summer!

It went fine with the company but the treatment didn't really work very well. We had the company coming and I wanted to get it treated before the company was coming. I have little kids and they're running around. We still have mosquitoes afterwards so I don't know how well these all work. The service was fine but treatment didn't work. People were fine. Pricing was great. There were plenty of mosquitoes after they sprayed. Their responsiveness was fine. I didn't have to be home. They came on the day they said. Their professionalism was fine. They were good.

There were no notices left on my property, and no fewer bugs afterward. I was at home during the scheduled appointment, so I expect I would've noticed if they had shown up. It also took several weeks to schedule the appointment after buying the deal on Angie's list. The customer service rep responded to my initial email afterward quickly, but stopped responding after a few messages.

They combined the service call with my regular quarterly pest control, so that it was one convenient appointment. Availability of times to do the mosquito spray was excellent.

They contacted me within 3 days of purchase. They recommended a monthly spray, but allowed me to choose when I wanted the sprays. They came when requested without a hitch. I've been mosquito free all summer!!!

Service was prompt and courteous. However, the week following the application, I was getting bit every time I went into the back yard. This could be because the treatment did not address mosquito eggs only adults. On the other hand, the service provider could not see any areas where mosquitoes could be breeding.

The agent comes when I'm gone, but always leaves a placard on the door to let me know that s/he's been here; the one time he forgot, he called me the next afternoon to let me know.

Unfortunately, every year when the weather gets hot and muggy; we get a lot of mosquitoes. Our backyard area has a lot of trees with little grass and has a small creek nearby. However, we also have pets so it is important for us to use services that allow them to safely go in the yard without getting sick. Since Capital Pest Services had a voucher that included 3 services, we went ahead and used their services. We really enjoyed their services!! They were prompt to set us up for service and left notes on our door every time the house got treated. Of course with it being summer there will always be some bugs, but overall the service has helped lessen the amount of mosquito bites.

This service definitely reduced the amount of mosquitoes in our backyard.

Their man got here right on time. Gave me a call ahead of time to give me fair warning. He was very thorough. Very personable. Explained everything he was going to do. It was the second time we used these folks. Repeat customer should speak volumes for how much we like them.

Purchased a one-time mosquito spray promotion off Angie's List for $49 so I figured I would give Capital Pest Services a try. The first time I called them they had a longer than (I) expexted service date so I ended up going w/ another company that could come out the next day. I knew the promotion was expiring so I called CPS w/ about 2 weeks notice & this time their service date was w/i a few days so maybe the beginning of mosquito season was just very busy for them. Alex came out, introduced himself, explained what he would be doing & proceeded to spray the property. He left an invoice & was on his way. Everything was smooth.

I has been very effective and I have been able to enjoy my yard and deck for the first time without fighting insects. I will definitely contract with them again next season.

I bought an an angie's deal-one time treatment for $49. I gave them my contact info and they called me fairly soon to set up an appointment. I had to wait over a week though because they were so busy, but I didn't mind. I wasn't home when they came but they did leave a note saying they came. I've noticed a great improvement in our mosquito problem in just a few days. I hope it lasts!

They were very good and on time. Did a complete inspection. Went beyond the call of duty and were very professional.

They came out and sprayed our yard. Did a great job and never bothered us. They simply left a flyer/invoice on the front door when finished. When we were home, they came to the door to let us know that they were finished and how long afterwards we needed to wait to let our dogs out. They did a great job. I'll gladly rehire them again!

Treatment went well, no problems.

It was AWESOME! For almost 4 weeks I was able to be out in my yard gardening and playing with the kids! Not ONE mosquito bite! The bug tech was friendly, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He showed up on time as scheduled and was finished in about a half hour. I will continue to use Capital Pest Services...

They're excellent. We know them from our regular service. This was just like an extra service that we purchased.

Everything went fine. I had no issues with scheduling or communication. They answered my questions and performed the service as agreed.

I purchased a deal for 3 mosquito treatments and scheduled them 5 weeks apart. I received an email confirmation prior to the first appointment (which I had requested in part due to having a dog), and I was able to meet and talk with the technician before he treated the property; both communications made a favorable impression. I did not receive advance confirmation of the second appointment, but found a hangtag on my door afterwards. I have been mosquito-free continually, and appreciate that the chemical they use seems to last longer than the company I used last year. So far, I am highly satisfied with both the price and service.
