Description of Work: This was an Angies List special for Mosquito spraying. Capital sprayed my property and said it would take a couple of days before the treatment was fully effective. When my daughter and I were bit 4 days later I called Capital and they immediately scheduled another spraying. The bottom line is that this service cut down the mosquito activity by at least 90% so I was satisfied and would use them again

Description of Work: Since the Big Deal was for preventative treatment, and I ended up needing treatment of an actual infestation, the price of service shot way above the coupon value after the estimator came out. Compared to other estimates I obtained for comparable service, this company's rates were not that competitive so I decided to get a refund on the deal.

I am not sure why you felt we deserved a C rating. The Big Deal offered states that it only applies to houses without termite activity. You needed a curative treatment, not a preventative treatment. If our estimate for a curative treatment was higher than some other companies quoted you, that is understandable. But we responded to you in a timely manner and came out at no cost to explain what would have to be done in order take care of your problem. The "abbreviated" treatment that is offered in "The Big Deal" would not have been substantial enough treatment to solve your issue and we were only look out for the best interest of your home.

Description of Work: Capital Pest Services, Inc. came out to our house to spray for mosquitoes. They used some sort of pesticide that they hooked up to our garden hose, then sprayed the yard. Unfortunately, it only reduced the amount of mosquitoes in our yard by about half.
